"I have no idea how this place got its five-star rating; it barely feels a step above a budget hotel. The hallway reeked of a sour, funky smell, possibly due to a lack of air conditioning or something else, which instantly turned me off. The room itself was just average—it had everything you'd expect, but the facilities were pretty basic. The location is also quite remote, tucked away in a small alley with no subway access nearby. Honestly, for this price, it's cheap enough. But if I had another chance, I wouldn't choose to stay here again. Also, the front desk asked for a 500 Baht deposit, but I think they charged me 600, and I just didn't bother arguing about it later."

"This hotel is the perfect option for a long layover between flights, as it's located just a 10-15 minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. We approached the hotel representative at the airport, and they quickly and freely transported us to the hotel in a wonderful minivan. Since we arrived in the afternoon, closer to lunchtime, we were checked in just as quickly. The Deluxe room was comfortable, clean, and modern. All amenities were present: bathrobes, slippers, tea, coffee, and a free minibar. The air conditioning and plumbing all worked without any issues. You can visit the hotel's spa center, pool, restaurant, or the lobby bar in the evening which features live music. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it due to a very early flight. There's also a free transfer from the hotel to the airport; you just need to inform them of your departure time in advance. For those who want to explore Bangkok, it's better to choose a hotel in the city center, as this hotel is quite far from all the attractions and there's nothing around it for tourists. We really liked the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we have an early flight."
