Daoye☀️This was my second stay here, and my only reason for choosing this hotel is its convenient access to the golf course. The duvet was heavy and felt a bit damp. When I checked in, two male staff members initially told me I had to wait until 3 PM, but after I mentioned it wasn't my first time staying, they immediately said 11 AM was fine. Everything else was acceptable. There's an issue with the light in room 327. As for the shower water temperature, you'd need to be a genius to get it just right – it kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

The Journey Hotel Bangna won't be troubling any five-star lists anytime soon, and honestly, it doesn't need to. What it offers is something arguably more valuable, a clean, comfortable, and straightforward stay that ticks every box a travelling family requires, without any unnecessary fuss.
Let's be upfront about the location. Bangna is not central Bangkok, and if you are hoping to step outside and find yourself immersed in the buzz of the city, you may need to adjust your expectations. Getting into the heart of Bangkok requires a little planning and some travel time. That said, for families who are happy to use the hotel as a relaxed base and venture out on their own terms, it really isn't a problem.
The rooms are simple and no-frills, but they are well kept and perfectly comfortable for a family. Everything you need is there, and that is genuinely the best way to describe this hotel. It doesn't over-promise, and it delivers on what matters. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which always goes a long way.
For families travelling on a sensible budget who want reliability over luxury, the Journey Hotel Bangna is a solid and honest choice. We left feeling content, rested, and well looked after. Sometimes that is all you need from a hotel, and the Journey delivers it with ease.

Bee897This is my go-to hotel every time I travel internationally. The rooms are spacious, so I can open multiple suitcases comfortably. It's clean, and there are elevators conveniently located near the rooms. They even have a luggage scale, which is super handy. Plus, there's a free airport shuttle every hour. The hotel staff are very welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious.

HaveFeetWillTravelI absolutely loved the airport shuttle service. Running every 10 minutes, 24 hours a day, it is incredibly convenient and even allows you to easily pop over to the airport to grab a bite or do some shopping during your stay.
The room itself was decent, though I have a few suggestions for improvement. The shower pipe protrudes a bit too much, making it easy to accidentally bump it and change the water temperature or turn it off entirely while showering. Additionally, the blackout curtains and the fabric on the bed frame feel quite outdated and had noticeable stains.
Service at the front desk was perfectly fine, but I found the attentiveness of the staff at the doors, lifts, and shuttles to be inconsistent. While I want to offer this feedback constructively, I noticed a distinct difference in the level of proactive service provided. The staff in these areas appeared significantly more welcoming and helpful toward certain guests. I hope management can use this feedback to ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality for all visitors regardless of their background.

⭐ Review: Blue Sky Residence Hotel ⭐
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5
From the moment I stepped into Blue Sky Residence Hotel, it felt like entering a calm little world of its own. The atmosphere is peaceful in a way that instantly relaxes your mind, and every corner of the hotel seems designed to make your stay memorable.
One of my favourite places was the pool — absolutely massive, crystal-clear, and maintained with impressive cleanliness. Whether you want to swim properly or just float under the sky, it feels like the perfect escape. The hotel clearly takes pride in keeping their facilities spotless.
The lobby was another highlight. Quiet, calming, and beautifully arranged, it’s the kind of space where you can sit for hours reading a book or just enjoying the soft ambiance. It felt almost like a mini library lounge inside a luxury retreat.
I also loved the rooms — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay. The beds were super comfy, the lighting was warm, and the housekeeping team made sure everything stayed fresh and tidy.
The staff deserves a special mention. Friendly, polite, and always ready to help, they made the stay even smoother. You can feel the professionalism from the moment you check in to the moment you leave.
The hotel’s breakfast area was bright and inviting, offering a nice variety of fresh food to start the day right. Even the small details — like the fragrance in the hallways and the soft background music — added to the experience.
Overall, Blue Sky Residence Hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and calmness. I enjoyed every second of my stay and would definitely love to visit again.
Highly recommended! 🩵✨

Prashant007Close to the Suvarnbhumi Airport. You can watch flights and the airport from the rooftop. Good but small common area. I hope they replace the tables with chairs so people can relax and work comfortably. The only thing that is missing is lockers. They don’t have lockers on all 4 floors except on the ground floor. It's very important to have lockers because people mostly stay here who want to catch their flights and if someone takes something from your luggage, then it's difficult to catch that person even if we know that person because he may have already left Thailand.

Guest UserNot as close to airport as lead to believe ... 20 too 25 minutes away . The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area which is ok if being used as a transit hotel . The hotel is very well presented & clean & the staff are very friendly & helpful . The breakfast was basic with not a lot of options but ok again for a transit hotel . The bed was very very hard .. the most uncomfortable hotel bed ever . A pity because the staff were great but I won't be using this hotel as a stopover option again .

Gan Yung ChyanI embarked on my inaugural flight from Hat Yai to Suvarnabhumi on 13 December 2025. After landing in Suvarnabhumi, I quickly looked for Exit A at the terminal building, turned left and walked towards Gate 5. At Gate 4, no Immigration officer stopped me to check my travel particulars. Within ten minutes, I joined other guests to board the free shuttle service to Siam Mandarina Hotel.
I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for arranging me to stay on the fifth floor. At night, the airport is beautiful and I am able to see planes take off at night and during the day.
Siam Mandarina Hotel has updated its logo on toiletries, allowed outdoor concert and dining at the Joy Square at its premises and broadened the variety of options for complimentary breakfast. The restaurant staff during lunch time allowed me to bring salad to the third floor terrace garden for dining during the brief stops for external dining. The hotel's Crystal Restaurant is closed during the day after breakfast hours. Lunch is provided at the restaurant's bartender area.
The last afternoon timing for the free shuttle service to Suvarnabhumi Airport is at 5.35 pm.

The room was very dirty. The sheets were stained and had clearly not been changed since the previous guest. I found a dead bedbug on the mattress. The nighttime front desk staff was very rude.
The only nice thing about this place is the location, as it’s very close to the airport. However, it is also directly beside a highway and is very noisy at night. Don’t stay if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs.

ShengshihaitanghuaThis hostel is really great! It's right next to the airport and very clean. The rooms have their own bathrooms, wardrobes, and desks. Best of all, breakfast is included! They offer soup, rice, fried rice, other dishes, and drinks. The breakfast was delicious, I forgot to take pictures. There are also restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.
