"They offer a free shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. At just over NT$1,000 per night, it's really worth it for an overnight layover. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy and blew directly onto the bed with no way to adjust the fan speed. Since we had an early 6 AM departure for the airport the next day and couldn't make it for breakfast, they proactively offered a simple takeaway breakfast box with bread and juice. That was really nice."

"I enjoyed my stay and would book it again.
My flight arrived in BKK 1:50am so I wanted a place nearby to rest. BestBed was perfect because it was a super quick Grab trip (140baht) and the reception is open 24 hours.
I got a single room and was able to get a good night of sleep. The bed is firm and comfortable. The room is small and there's no windows but that didn't matter.
Oh, the AC was shared with the room next door hehe. That was something new. But also okay.
There's a rooftop with direct view to the airport, a common area with ac, a big 7-Eleven right next to the hostel.
Everything is clean and they are very welcoming.
Great option if you need to stay by the airport!"

I stayed for 4 days. The hotel's overall environment was excellent with fantastic views, but the cleanliness needs improvement.
The hotel's overall performance was very good. It's conveniently located with a great position and nice room views. The breakfast was quite rich, and the staff were friendly and polite. The check-in process was smooth, and the stay was very satisfying. I would consider returning.

The environment is beautiful, quiet, and comfortable, with complete facilities. The suites are large and spacious, perfect for families, and very clean. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, making it ideal for those traveling to and from the airport. Breakfast is also very rich, especially the boiled eggs which are marked with the cooking time, allowing guests to choose according to their preference (most hotel boiled eggs are overcooked with green yolks, so this detail at this hotel is excellent and impressive). Some of the fixtures in the room are a bit old.

The king-size bed was huge (about 2 meters wide), the linens were fresh and clean, and the pool was excellent. There's also a restaurant and a shop with essentials, and a 7/11 is just 10 minutes away.

Poh Choo TanWe were impressed with the unique and grand architecture and art pieces in the hotel compound. However, the age of the estate showed, and maintenance could be further improved. A few things were missing and not working, e.g. main door's magnet was not working well that needed to be fixed, provided only 1 deck chair but another was brought in later when asked, wine glasses need to be requested. However. We enjoyed our stay, as the lake view and the private pool over looking the lake was great. Bose sound system in the living room made a difference too. Staff was responsive to fix the problems and provide information requested.

Guest UserThe staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is beautiful with a great pool and good fitness facilities. It is about 20 minutes to the airport by taxi. Plenty of shops within 5 minutes walk. A few things we didn’t like…the shower, the water was too cold for our liking, even when turning the water heater up to maximum. It is very noisy in the corridors…you can hear every door (beeping, opening and closing at all hours), voice and footstep from people coming and going. Even though it’s a lovely place, for this reason we would not consider staying at this hotel again unfortunately. It’s really a shame.

Stayed here for one night because it’s very close to the airport — and for that purpose it works perfectly. Check-in was easy and convenient after a late arrival.
However, it’s quite loud. You can clearly hear planes and general outside noise, so it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a longer or relaxing stay.
Overall: good for a quick overnight stop before/after a flight, but not ideal if you want proper rest or comfort for multiple nights.

BibimbapThis was my first time staying at this hotel, and I really loved the vintage-style decor in the rooms. All the staff provided excellent service. We booked three rooms, and we were very happy with all of them. In the evening, we went to dinner specifically to see Khun Nat, which was a lot of fun. The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but acceptable given the entertainment we received. It was well worth it.

Yuliya GrabkoThe only advantages of this hotel are green quiet territory, friendly staff and location which is close to the airport and good shopping area. But if you like comfort and decent service this is a wrong place. The rooms are very old with bad smell, the amenities are run-down, towels and bedsheets are not clean. Sunbeds near the pool are wet and without umbrellas. Paragon Inn has a good potential but it needs a lot of renovation and different approach to managing. We wouldn't be back again and it is disappointing as it was our second stay there, nothing has improved and got worse.
