This hotel experience was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations! They upgraded my room for free, and the service was excellent; they were always there to help when I needed it. Upon arrival, there was fresh fruit, and they even arranged for a hearth tea ceremony according to my schedule. The environment was also wonderful! There's a large lawn and mountains behind the hotel, very spacious! I had pre-booked the hot spring pool with customer service, so I could just fill it up and soak in it – it was clean and comfortable! They even made me some tea for free when I wasn't feeling well! I was truly extremely satisfied with this hotel experience! Highly recommended! I will definitely go back for my next vacation!

The room is incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a delightful stay. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

This short trip was incredibly satisfying. First off, the front desk service during check-in was excellent, followed by the thoughtful service from the butler, and finally, the quick response time from customer service – truly commendable. When a lot of people are playing in the water, it's never going to be perfectly clean, but at least I didn't have any allergic reactions here, which I've experienced at other water parks before. Then there's the buffet restaurant; while it might not have as many dishes as Chimelong, the food quality was good, and I found the variety to be quite comprehensive. I was even surprised to see live steamed rice rolls being made on the spot! All in all, this short trip was delightful, and both the elderly and children had a great time. This is definitely a hotel worth revisiting!

Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

This guesthouse is so comfortable and quiet, perfect for families! It's only a 1.5-hour drive from Shenzhen. It's a detached villa with parking right at the entrance, offering great privacy. Both the private hot spring and the pool use mountain spring water, which is clean and refreshing – my kid didn't want to get out! There's also a stream about 100 meters from the village entrance where you can wade, truly offering freedom to play in the water. The air in the mountains is incredibly fresh, and the ecology is excellent; you can tell the guesthouse owner puts a lot of effort into it! They even thoughtfully provide children's toiletries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, it's quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for money. I've already recommended it to other moms I know and will definitely be back!

We had a joyful and relaxing stay at Nankunshan Zaiyundan Wenquan Homestay the past two days. We stayed in the topmost space capsule, which was spacious and luxurious with an amazing view over the hotel and down into the mountain valleys. The hostess was kind, fun and helpful, organising day trips for us and even taking the initiative to order a super cute birthday cake for our daughter’s 13th. We loved swimming in the pool, soaking in the hot tub and eating at the restaurant, where the lovely cook made delicious food for us morning and night. We especially recommend the fish and the eggplant and green bean stirfry. On our last day the hostess organised a driver to take us to the airport via local attractions and the amazing Zhenggou temple - a great finish to our time in China Thank you for a wonderful stay, we hope to return someday!

Dora at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged room 510 for us, which faced the pool with a great view. The stay was very pleasant. The sink was leaking, and they offered to change our room. However, since we were traveling with a child and had already put on disposable bed sheets, we didn't want to move. We contacted Dora, and she quickly arranged for someone to fix it. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. Although dinner didn't have much seafood, it was actually quite friendly for our child who has a seafood allergy, haha! 😆

The five-star hot springs, located within a national 4A-rated scenic area, truly live up to their reputation. There are 172 hot spring pools built into the mountainside, and the silicic acid fluoride ”beauty soup” leaves your skin wonderfully smooth. The hotel is conveniently located just 1-1.5 hours' drive from major Pearl River Delta cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen, making it super accessible for a weekend getaway.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.
