This hotel experience was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations! They upgraded my room for free, and the service was excellent; they were always there to help when I needed it. Upon arrival, there was fresh fruit, and they even arranged for a hearth tea ceremony according to my schedule. The environment was also wonderful! There's a large lawn and mountains behind the hotel, very spacious! I had pre-booked the hot spring pool with customer service, so I could just fill it up and soak in it – it was clean and comfortable! They even made me some tea for free when I wasn't feeling well! I was truly extremely satisfied with this hotel experience! Highly recommended! I will definitely go back for my next vacation!

The room is incredibly spacious and comfortable, making for a delightful stay. We were fortunate to receive a complimentary upgrade from the owner, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and tidiness of the space. It was my first experience with disposable bath and hand towels, which added an extra layer of hygiene that I truly appreciated. The room's interior and the surrounding area are beautifully designed in a traditional Chinese style, contributing to a serene atmosphere. Additionally, there's a waterfall nearby, which serves for great photos. When it comes to dining options, there are several restaurants within a short 5-minute walk. Alternatively, you can enjoy a meal at the restaurant located downstairs. If you're up for a little more exploration, simply take a left at the entrance and walk a bit further to discover a vibrant night market near the university. This market is filled with a variety of delicious snacks at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for a cost-effective meal.

I originally booked a garden-view king room, but upon arrival, I was upgraded to a mountain-view hot spring king room. The room had a minimalist white style, very bright, and the facilities weren't old at all. Overall, it was quite clean and hygienic. Being on the first floor was very convenient for the kids to go swimming (the water park was just a few steps outside the door). The only slight inconvenience was getting to the lobby or the restaurant from this room, as this floor only serviced elevators 5 and 6, which made it a bit of a roundabout trip. There's a shallow swimming pool (around 1 meter deep) that's perfect for kids 👶🏻, along with two smaller splash areas with slides 🛝, and a deeper infinity pool. Plenty of clean towels and tea/water refills were available everywhere. The hotel also has a small indoor ball pit, a small outdoor sandy area, and an arcade (the hotel provided 60 complimentary tokens). They also gave us vouchers for a boat ride and bicycle rental. During the summer, you could even play games to accumulate points for small gifts. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style at the Western restaurant. The variety was quite comprehensive, with sushi, sashimi, hot and cold dishes, and seafood – plenty to choose from. The beef slices and dendrobium soup were pretty good. For breakfast, there was congee, noodles, and rice. All the staff I encountered were very enthusiastic. My butler, Youpi, who helped me with check-in, was very attentive and patient, explaining everything in detail and handling issues promptly.

Thanks to the front desk, we got a free upgrade during the off-season. The room had an amazing view, basically over 270 degrees of ocean. This hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities include a beach, hot springs, a kids' splash area, a swimming pool, and even cliffs and rocks for scenic views – more than enough for a two-day, one-night stay. Regarding the room, everything worked perfectly. The shower pressure was excellent, and the bedding was comfortable. Falling asleep to the sound of waves made for a great night's sleep. We also received complimentary welcome fruits. The view allowed us to see the very long coastline of Shuangyue Bay perfectly. The room also had a minibar and a small fridge. As for the service, I needed to freeze breast milk, and both the front desk and concierge responded efficiently, and the process was very smooth. Other online concierges also enthusiastically asked if I needed anything, and their responses were very prompt. The breakfast buffet caters to everyone, from seniors to children, with both Chinese and Western options. I think it's quite good for a five-star hotel breakfast. The only minor drawbacks were that the sand on the beach was a bit coarse, which could be uncomfortable when walking in the surf or playing in the sand. While the interior decor might make the hotel appear a bit dated due to the material choices, the lighting throughout the hotel is specially designed and looks beautiful at night.

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

A brief escape from the city's hustle and bustle, a chance to clear my mind in the mountains and feel inner peace ☺️. I finally visited this courtyard hotel that I've had saved for ages. Not only is the environment incredibly picturesque 🙊, but it also has a private hot spring tub. Swimming during the day 🏊 and soaking in the hot spring at night ♨️ was truly chill. I didn't want to leave after my stay. It's exactly the tranquil slow-paced life I've been craving 🍃.

I booked my accommodation well in advance for the New Year's Day holiday trip, and thankfully, all the rooms were booked for the day. I stayed in a Planet Room, enjoying the fun of outdoor camping without worrying about bathroom facilities. It was perfect for someone like me who wanted both stunning outdoor scenery and comfortable living. It had several small hot tubs with views of the mountaintop, many popular photo spots, and also offered dining and barbecue facilities, which was great. The hygiene was a bit worse than a five-star hotel, but tolerable.

Dora at the front desk was very welcoming and arranged room 510 for us, which faced the pool with a great view. The stay was very pleasant. The sink was leaking, and they offered to change our room. However, since we were traveling with a child and had already put on disposable bed sheets, we didn't want to move. We contacted Dora, and she quickly arranged for someone to fix it. Both breakfast and dinner were quite good. Although dinner didn't have much seafood, it was actually quite friendly for our child who has a seafood allergy, haha! 😆

The five-star hot springs, located within a national 4A-rated scenic area, truly live up to their reputation. There are 172 hot spring pools built into the mountainside, and the silicic acid fluoride ”beauty soup” leaves your skin wonderfully smooth. The hotel is conveniently located just 1-1.5 hours' drive from major Pearl River Delta cities like Guangzhou and Shenzhen, making it super accessible for a weekend getaway.

If you're going for hot springs, you really need to find a place nestled in the mountains like this. The resort is built into the hillside, offering a great environment and excellent water quality. These are genuine hot springs – you can soak for ages, and your hands won't even wrinkle. Dining is convenient too, with both Chinese and Western restaurants available within the hotel (Building 3 is close to the back exit if you want to explore the street, while Building 2 is nearer the hot springs). The hotel breakfast has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back. The hotel rooms are also very good and clean; I forgot to take pictures, but I'll do so next time.
