Hot Springs Hotels in Hakuba

I absolutely love this hotel. I'd definitely stay there again. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The onsen was excellent. A few days here in the winter would be a real treat.

We made an overnight bus from Nagoya to Hakuba Happo. The hotel was about 10 minutes away from the station, but it was only 3 minutes away from the shuttle bus station to the snow park, which was quite close! The exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, but the interior is well maintained, and the service candidates are enthusiastic and enthusiastic from beginning to end. Although some staff members are not very good at English, they will always ask others for help, so there is no major problem in communication. The basement is a ski warehouse, which is convenient for storage. According to Japanese tradition, the hotel has prepared different slippers in the basement, lobby, dressing room, large bath, and even the shower room in the guest room, which is really meticulous at home. The guest rooms and the large lounge on the first floor are lined with tatami mats and sleep comfortably on the ground because the air conditioning is powerful. The hotel's meals are exquisite. Although there is no Chinese food, the sense of ceremony is still strong. I checked in with two fairy biscuits in the room. They were super delicious, so we bought a lot at the front desk and got discounts. We were very happy. The large bath has two large pools, indoor and outdoor, as well as a traditional sitting bath. The water is a natural hot spring, which is very good. Finally, we returned to Nagoya by JR, and the hotel took us to the hotel for free. The whole process was perfect.

Great boutique hotel right beside Happo Bus Terminal. Newly renovated/built with beautiful decor & rooms. There was a sakura tree just outside our window & alps view out another window. Lawsons & a public bath just across the road + shuttle bus service to both Goryo & Happo resorts. It was pretty empty as it was Spring but the views in the area was still breathtaking. Highly recommended for Golden Week travels!

The interior of the B&B smells of cypress, and the B&B is well maintained. The Japanese-style breakfast is delicious with Western food. You can still hear the collision sound next door, but some hotels can also hear the sound from next door, which is acceptable to us.

The price of the snow season is quite expensive. The big bed room is 5000+, and the Gaza hair bed is more than 300. This hotel is marked with four stars, but the Google search is marked with Samsung. Not run by locals in Japan, the sanitary environment is really average, the big bathing venue is sticky, there are floating hair in the pool, and the towels are thrown everywhere. The carpet used in the room, but the vacuum is not thorough, and the dust allergy has to wear a mask, and the purifier can be comfortable. Breakfast is all European, there is no Japanese soup or the like, cold food. I wanted to use a dryer, but as soon as I entered the socks, the dryer was full of black hair. The pick-up day was also promised 15 minutes, but I waited for 30 minutes. I called again and said that there were other things on the road. Not recommended, if you want to come to Baima, it is recommended to book other hotels.

The room is not small for Japan, it is clean and the view outside the window is beautiful. The service is friendly and there is a semi-open-air private hot spring. Although there is no scenery, it is still very comfortable to take a bath after skiing. The restaurant and bar are both very nice. I met the owner and had a pleasant half-day, half-English chat with him. The owner also treated me to many drinks. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which makes it a little troublesome to move luggage. If you want to eat at the restaurant, remember to make a reservation one day in advance.

I was able to relax and warm up thoroughly in the onsen (hot spring bath) while enjoying the view of the Hakuba mountain range. Both breakfast and dinner were served buffet style, and all the food was delicious.

From Matsumoto to Baima, take the IC card taken when entering the station on the JR Otaru Line. When you arrive at Baima, you cannot use the IC card. You can't speak English and Japanese. The hotel service is quite intimate, the boss is free and responsive, (free JR White Horse Station connection, need to be made in advance), we arrived on October 25, the free shuttle bus at the Octagon Odori cable car station has been suspended, but the hotel owner is very user-friendly and will pick up and drop off for free, making tourists feel at home during the trip. The hotel's hot springs are to the ”Baima Temple の Wood ホテル” bubble (provide coupons 1000/person) 250 meters away, the source of the discharge of Zhuang Bingwei の soup, spring quality , very smooth after the bubble. Baima の Wood ホテル and Baima Canadian Mountain Lodge are the same boss. Where is the restaurant that provides (buffet) breakfast and dinner, it is very rich. If you have any needs, please contact the boss in advance to make an appointment. Breakfast is about 2,000 /person (can be discounted 200/person); The price of dinner is 5,000/person (can be discounted 500/person). During this 5-night stay, I got a lot of help from the boss. It was a very unforgettable experience. I fell in love with the beautiful Baima Village in the sunny day of waiting for the Bafangweigen Bafang Pool! If you have a chance, you will see you again, and still choose ”Canada Mountain Lodge”!

Going skiing in December The Wulong Pavilion is a good choice. It is very close to the Happo ski resort. If the rental equipment staff will pick you up and pick up the cable car station in the morning, the hotel will also have a special car to pick up the service. The days of heavy snowfall are really good. On the ground floor of the hotel, each room has a box for storing ski equipment. It is also very convenient, and there is also a laundry dryer. The hot spring feels slightly ordinary, but there are also outdoor soups, and the water temperature is not hot enough. The basic varieties of breakfast are available, and dinner is average. Overall, it is a good choice to go skiing for a few days.

Treasure Hotel, the owner and his wife are very good, basically meet all the requirements (including snow field pick-up and early use of hot springs), the hotel layout is very warm, many small details make people feel very warm, including the free massage chair after soaking in the hot spring, and free popsicles are provided, It’s not far to go to the snow field. You can let the boss drive it. It’s a great experience to drive for a minute.
