"Comfortable stay with helpful front desk staff. Floor a little creaky and bathroom really small. Room size was adequate though. Location is good with heating throughout the hotel. It gets dark around 430pm in the winter and the Happo One ski resort closes at 330pm."

GGuest UserThe location is very good, a few tens of meters away is a free bus stop, you can go to various ski resorts, the boss is very enthusiastic, can provide the village station shuttle and a lot of help you need, we stayed for three nights, arranged a two-story suite, The toilet kitchen living room is independent, the tatami is upstairs, very warm and warm, next time you choose to go here

The room is not small for Japan, it is clean and the view outside the window is beautiful. The service is friendly and there is a semi-open-air private hot spring. Although there is no scenery, it is still very comfortable to take a bath after skiing. The restaurant and bar are both very nice. I met the owner and had a pleasant half-day, half-English chat with him. The owner also treated me to many drinks. The only downside is that there is no elevator, which makes it a little troublesome to move luggage. If you want to eat at the restaurant, remember to make a reservation one day in advance.

CCarl Andrei CastroIt’s a really cozy hostel with your own room. The staff is really welcoming and friendly, would really help you in any way possible. I dont mind the shared bathroom, I never had a problem with it and it was never full during my stay. The pillows were soft and there is also a heater. If I feel too warm I just open the windows. Location wise, it was a bit of a challenge to go up Goryu plaza since it was winter and it was a long ramp going up, maybe took me 10-12mins. I didn’t rent a car so I had to book an uber to and from Hakuba station. They only have 2 toilets in the male’s restroom in the 2nd flr

Sstacy.huang_Very nice place to stay! We stayed here for 4 nights during our snow trip. Kettle and microwave available in the room. Provide free brekkie during your stay. Laundry facilities available (2 washing machine and 2 dryer) Onsen and locker room available however there's a charge for it (we paid 1200 yen for 2 people for 4 nights which is acceptable! )
