The weather was pleasant, making Hunchun a truly lovely little city. I'm very satisfied with my stay here, highly recommended!"

"Negative Review: Hygiene oversights + lack of apology, repeated room entries disrupt the experience. Upon check-in, I discovered used cotton swabs on the sink. After contacting the hotel, staff came to clean it. Shortly after, I found that the shower gel was missing, requiring them to refill it. Both times, I proactively requested the hotel to enter my room, but they failed to recognize that their initial cleaning inadequate and insufficient supplies were the root cause of the repeated room entries. They showed no remorse whatsoever, neither apologizing for the "residual cotton swabs" or the "missing shower gel," nor did they seem to realize that their repeated entries were inconvenient. Their attitude was completely dismissive of customer needs, resulting in an extremely poor experience!"

"We arrived, ate as best we could, and then were given the wrong room. We went into the room and it was a complete mess. My child and I went into the bathroom, and the toilet was dripping, the floors were dirty, and there was trash. It was cold, there was no fridge, no mugs. We packed up and left, and they didn't give us our money back. The bed linen was dirty, as if someone had just straightened it after someone else. It wasn't the freshest. I don't recommend it, in short... it was terrifying."
