Pu'er Inns

I came from Taiwan on a solo trip after seeing a recommendation on Xiaohongshu. I took a bus from Shaxi to Dali at 9 am, then took the high-speed rail from Dali to Kunming and then to Pu'er. After a long bus ride over mountains, I arrived at the hotel at 8 pm. The warm and comfortable atmosphere of the hotel completely dispelled the hardships of the journey. It was a magical atmosphere. The hotel was very comfortable, and most of the guests were solo female travelers. It was easy to find travel buddies to share meals and make plans to travel to other places next time. Every night, the owner would brew Pu'er tea. I especially liked the unique glutinous rice black tea. While strolling around the hotel, the owner even took me on her little motorcycle to some hidden spots in the mountains to eat, drink, and take photos. In short, it was a wonderful place. When I left, I also took some of my favorite Pu'er tea home to share.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel. There were two cute puppies, but they were a little fierce. The interior environment was very good, and they moved us to a room that was not next to the corridor for free. But when it rained, I saw a huge and shocking display of flying ants.

The room exceeded expectations, clean and tidy, and quite new, sound insulation is good, the bed is quite soft, the front desk boss is also very good, will choose next time!

Convenient transportation and good location. There is a street of restaurants (at night) on the left side of the community entrance, with few breakfasts (there are two). The boss was enthusiastic and helpful, and offered to help carry the suitcase up to the fourth floor! The room is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. It feels great!

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

The hotel is located near Meizi Lake, just a short walk away, and the surrounding air is indeed quite fresh. The hotel's decor is a bit dated, but the rooms are fairly clean and tidy. However, the soundproofing is extremely poor; you can clearly hear people walking upstairs or dropping something. There was a car charging around 4 a.m., so I barely got any sleep all night.

The room environment is good and big, there is an indoor parking lot on the first floor, parking is convenient, there are many breakfasts nearby, places to eat, the town is not bad to rest halfway through the road,

The luckiest thing about this trip to Pu'er was discovering the Tea Blessing Inn. With ”tea” in its name, the inn truly lived up to its name; the tea rooms on the first and fifth floors became my favorite spots. Every day after exploring, I would sit there for a while, order a pot of local Pu'er tea, watch the tea leaves unfurl in the water, and inhale the delicate aroma—the fatigue of the journey seemed to evaporate with the steam. The inn is located on Siting Road, making transportation very convenient. Taxis and buses are easy to find, and it's not far from Daijia Lane, within walking distance. The surrounding snacks, breakfast options, and barbecue stalls are all delicious, so there's no need to worry about food. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and bright, creating a relaxing atmosphere. What I appreciated most was that although the inn isn't luxurious, it shows thoughtful attention to detail in every aspect. From the 24-hour front desk service to convenient luggage storage, every detail made me feel at ease. Next time I come to Pu'er, I will choose this place again. This little haven filled with the aroma of tea deserves to be recommended to every traveler who comes to this city seeking tranquility.

There are two terraces on the top floor of the inn. You can buy your own ingredients for barbecue, etc. The most important thing is that you can watch the sunrise, sea of ​​clouds, and sunset. The room is very clean and has air conditioning (many B&Bs here do not have air conditioning). Moreover, this inn is very quiet and not noisy at all. The front desk service is very good and the breakfast is also very delicious. I sincerely recommend everyone to stay here (I plan to bring the elders in my family to see the sea of ​​clouds and stay in this inn if I have the opportunity)

The boss is very beautiful! The environment of his house is very special and quiet (in the village but a few kilometers away from the town 🫢 Her golden retriever is also very sticky (I went back to him at 11 o'clock in the evening and itchy for half an hour/I want to go back to bed and pull me not to stop 🤣 Next time I go to Pu'er, I will book her home!
