The chicken soup is freshly made daily with very fresh ingredients. Service: The service attitude is absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff are welcoming, beautiful, and have sweet voices. They are thoughtful and attentive, and they even upgraded our room for free, which instantly elevated our experience and made our Pu'er trip even more enjoyable! The hotel provides a complimentary laundry service; clothes are washed, dried, and delivered to the room. This was a lifesaver for all our dirty travel clothes, so we could go home with everything clean. Environment: The room is very spacious, and the bathtub retains heat exceptionally well, making for a very comfortable soak. Disposable toiletries are promptly replenished, and the hygiene is impeccable, making for a truly pleasant stay!"

Shared electric scooters are available right outside, making it extremely convenient to get to the city center; you can basically go anywhere in the city – a great experience!"

"Its a newly renovated hotel though outside looks depleted. The room is large and I like the toilet bowl as its auto matic wash for you. Therr is free laundry at 2nd floor. The hotel serve dinner which is noodles daily for free. Breakfast is typical Chinese style breakfast and the hotel manager ask us to take away some eggs, sweet potato and bao for our 7 hrs train ride. Also you can ask for free train station transfer from the hotel. Good for holiday people to stay."

"I was surprised that the room had smart curtains for this price. The decor and environment were great, and the location in the city center is very close to the old street and the bar and barbecue area. The bed was so comfortable!! We slept like a log! The receptionists were also very nice; they chatted with us and helped us get a taxi to the high-speed rail station—we were so touched! I love the people of Pu'er, and I'll definitely come back!! "The B&B itself is newly renovated with a beautiful environment. The owners offer complimentary freshly ground coffee and are a very warm and welcoming couple. We arrived right around dinner time and they invited us to join them for dinner. The congee they made the next morning was incredibly delicious. We bought some wild mushrooms at the local market, and the owners helped us cook them. It was the best stir-fried 'Jian Shou Qing' I've had in days, and the red mushroom preserves were amazing! It was a very pleasant travel experience, highly recommended."

"My family member suddenly developed hypoglycemia and couldn't travel with me. I contacted the owner early this morning to check in before the high-speed train, and they managed to arrange it as soon as possible, which gave me a very positive first impression of Pu'er (thank you so much to the owner!). After a stroll in the evening, I discovered the small rooftop balcony, a perfect spot to sit and relax. I even encountered several kittens in the courtyard, which was delightful.
