Stumbled upon a hidden gem in Pu'er – the Muyun Garden Hotel! After staying here, I just want to recommend it to everyone! This hotel is like a secret garden nestled within the city. The orchid and bougainvillea are in full bloom, and an evening stroll here is incredibly therapeutic. The rooms are designed in a modern Wabi-sabi style, with natural wood textures and soft lighting. You can enjoy the garden view right from your bed, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The smart home features are incredibly convenient. You can control the lights and air conditioning with a smart assistant, and there's also a washer-dryer combo and an air purifier. The bathroom boasts Hansgrohe fixtures and Jo Malone toiletries, adding a touch of luxury. The service truly warmed my heart: the front desk proactively offered tea and helped with my luggage, and they were responsive 24/7. In the lobby, there's free freshly ground coffee, unlimited snacks, and ice cream. The breakfast, featuring local rice noodles and black-bone chicken soup noodles, is incredibly authentic. The location is also fantastic – just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed train station, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. For those driving, there are EV charging stations available. If you're visiting Pu'er, staying here is comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely be back!

The rooftop garden at Shanhao Garden Hotel in Ning'er is absolutely stunning! The design is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and airy, and the smart home features enhance the overall experience. Complimentary coffee and tea are available, and you can swim directly in the heated pool. The receptionist is incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with your luggage and recommending fun places to visit nearby. She's also very pretty. The location is convenient, making it a must-stay in Ning'er!

Exceeded all my expectations of a boutique homestay with only six rooms . Ultra luxury linens and beddings , ,Panasonic view of sea clouds at the confer of your bath tub , tasteful contemporary chinese interiors , and to top it all , run by a simple humble couple who goes to ends to make your stay a comfortable one . When you stay for 3 nights or more , they cook up a storm of local delicacies for your dinner , on top of daily breakfast! Do be prepared breakfasts are local style . Bit there’s a great cafe nearby service Arabica yunna beans and it’s become one of my fave ! Def great value for money !

This is the first time I've felt compelled to write a review even before checking out. Let's start with the issues: 1. I called ahead to change my afternoon tea time and to book a morning activity. The lady who answered said she would confirm and call me back, and she took my number. I never received a call back before check-in. Luckily, my request was noted on the reservation. 2. After checking in, I was told there was a tea experience available on the second floor. The bellhop who brought my luggage said there was a voucher for it, but the front desk hadn't given me one (I'm not sure if it was actually needed). After helping with my bags, he enthusiastically offered to bring the voucher to my room. I even said it was okay if I didn't get it, but he insisted he would deliver it. Well... he never came back, no voucher, and no tea experience for me. Haha. 3. And then things got even more ridiculous. I had booked a Ba Duan Jin (a type of Qigong) session for 9-9:30 AM. I asked at the restaurant and was told it was on the second floor? They told me to ask at the front desk. At the front desk, they said it was on the fifth floor of another building and that I needed a shuttle bus to get there. Once we arrived, there was nothing there. Then they said it was on the first floor or maybe even the basement of the *original* building? A man came out and offered to walk us back... I told him we'd take the shuttle. After going back, another front desk staff member said it was on the second floor? They seemed quite reluctant but eventually led us there. Finally, we found the right place, did about ten minutes of it, and it was over. It was absolutely ridiculous; they really had no idea what was going on. 4. For a suite costing over 2800, having an obstructed view deserves a bad review (see images 1 and 2 below). It also didn't seem to be 100 square meters. 5. The service doesn't match the price. Many services weren't available, and there's nothing much around the hotel. The staff's service level isn't good; their attitude is pleasant but their professionalism is lacking. 6. The concept is excellent, the decor style is nice, and the space is large and aesthetically pleasing.

I won't say much about the good and bad of the villa. I give it three stars for the overall evaluation. I probably won't go there again in the future. The stream is very dirty and you can't catch fish. You can't see the sunset when riding up the mountain. I give the restaurant 80 points for the food, but I have to give it 100 points for the service. There is a chef who is very nice. You can ask her to cook for you. The taste is great. 👍👍 A reminder to friends who drive. You may get your car scratched and there is no place to appeal. Let me talk about my experience in detail. I rented a car from Pu'er Station and drove to Aini Manor. The road was winding all the way. The road was easy to drive, but there were too many bends, so new drivers should go slower. There is a row of parking areas at the front door of Aini Manor. Because I rented a car, I took extra care of it. At about 8 o'clock after dinner on the night of check-in, I checked the whole car and went back to the room to sleep. When I checked out at 10 o'clock the next day, I suddenly found a scratch on the right side of the car from the front to the back (from the front wheel fender to the rear wheel fender). It didn't seem to be an accidental collision, but it felt intentional. So I found the manager of the villa, Mr. Zhao, and arranged to check the surveillance (only the parking spaces facing the lobby door can be seen clearly because there is no surveillance outside and can only be seen through the indoor surveillance). My car was not parked in front, so the surveillance could not see the details. I called the police, but because I had a later trip, I could not wait for the police who would come two hours later. I had no choice but to sacrifice several hours in order not to be fined a large amount of repair fees when returning the car. I searched for repair shops around Baidu and polished it myself, which cost 100 yuan. After negotiating with Manager Zhao, because the accident happened inside the villa, the villa should also bear a certain responsibility for the care of the vehicle and should bear my repair fee of 100 yuan. But! Manager Zhao did not respond to my WeChat. Anyway, you have left, and the attitude of completely ignoring it is really chilling. Friends who go to play again, protect your car and don't let such unpleasant things happen! ! ! Friends who rent cars must buy full insurance, including scratches, so you don't have to worry about it😭

During the summer, I brought my child to Jingmai Mountain in Pu'er. After browsing numerous hotels and guesthouses, I ultimately chose the Jingmai Holiday Hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's truly ideal for families traveling with children. The hotel environment is tranquil and comfortable, and the rooms are clean and spacious, making for a relaxing and peaceful stay. What impressed me most was the service; the staff were thoughtful and attentive. They called in advance to inquire about room preferences, and after check-in, they were very responsive to any requests. The family-friendly amenities were a nice touch, making our stay with a child much more hassle-free. The hotel's location is convenient, saving a lot of time when driving around Jingmai Mountain. Even though it was raining continuously, we managed to visit Jingmai Grand Village, Nuogan, Wengji, Mangjing, and Manghong all in one day, and it was a great experience. The breakfast was plentiful and catered to both adults and children. For a family trip to Jingmai Mountain, I genuinely recommend this hotel. I would definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room, a washing machine and dryer are complete, and it is super convenient to wash clothes for long-distance travel. The room was cleaned clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom water pressure was stable. The front desk service is warm and the check-in and check-out process is simple. Convenient location and complete surrounding facilities. Smart facilities plus convenient laundry room double plus points, the journey is full of happiness, highly recommended!

The first established hotel as you enter the mountains, with plenty of parking spaces right across the street, which is very convenient. It's a bit far from the attractions, so you'll need a car. They offer butler-style service; they'll contact you the day before to provide the address, travel tips, and other information. The hotel has a good variety of activities planned, including roasted milk tea, stir-fried melon seeds, and bonfires in the evening. The hotel's dinner was just okay, with plenty of room for improvement. Breakfast on the rooftop had a great ambiance and taste. The rooms aren't luxurious but are perfectly adequate. The air conditioning was a bit old and didn't heat very well. I didn't have time to experience the travel photography session. It was really expensive during Chinese New Year, haha.

The hotel is very big and beautiful, full of ethnic customs, the air in the mountains is very fresh, the hardware facilities are very good, and it is suitable for a family vacation. The hotel's hot springs are really good and very comfortable to soak in. It takes three hours to drive from Pu'er, which is a little far. The only shortcoming is the hotel's service. Such a good resort deserves better service support. For example, you can introduce the layout of the hotel when checking in, otherwise it is a bit easy to get lost in such a large area. The hot spring area can be equipped with a place to sell drinks or provide drinking water. I couldn't find a sip of water in the hot spring area. There are also some small details. In fact, strengthening the training of service staff can bring a better experience to customers.

I had to stay here to understand why there are so many negative reviews online. Pros: The lobby decor is decent, the bedding is good and looks clean. The receptionist was very friendly. Cons: I stayed for two days, and it felt like living in a nursing home. I don't mean to disparage the elderly; in fact, they were all quite enthusiastic. But for the most expensive hotel in Mojiang, having guests constantly surrounded by many seniors... it's a strange feeling. I was afraid of bumping into them, especially with kids around. The lobby was full of seniors chatting and playing cards at tables. In the mornings, they'd play music and do exercises in the courtyard very early. On the day of check-in, it was already four or five in the afternoon, and the room had just been cleaned, making the floor very wet and slippery. I stayed for two consecutive nights, and they didn't even clean the room or replenish basic supplies in between. When I called to ask, they said I needed to inform them in advance if I wanted housekeeping! I've never encountered such a situation in all the hotels I've stayed in; it was truly an eye-opener. It felt less like a Wyndham and more like a wellness center. The hotel is located within a residential complex, next to a tourist attraction.
