"I have been upgraded from a queen-sized suite to a family-sized suite, and I am very satisfied with the upgrade. Everything is very clean. However, the location of this room is not ideal for a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and intermittent, as the room I have been allocated to is below ground level."

"Great value for money, the room was clean and had a balcony, located in a prestigious school district. It's definitely worth staying here if your purpose is to scout out the nearby secondary schools. The tram stop is right outside, and Glenferrie Road, which is nearby, has many restaurants. However, if you plan on sightseeing around the city, it's quite a distance from the CBD. Getting to the city takes a long time waiting for public transport. On the other hand, if you're driving, this hotel is very convenient. We didn't opt for breakfast, so I can't comment on the food."

"The front desk is Chinese, the communication is barrier-free, the room is a bit old, there is no elevator, you can park for free, the surrounding area is relatively quiet, as for transportation, it is convenient to rent a car."

"As it was a cheaper place than average price in Melbourne, I probably should not expect too much but I was surprised they charged a deposit of $100 in advance (normally just hold it) and they said refund it in few days after checking out if nothing is damaged. There is some construction problem that the shower drainage not located right underneath/near the shower head but it closer to the sink and toilet area. Therefore water flooded out towards the toilet which was more than be able to be absorbed with a bath mat towel. I wanted to move shower head face towards the wall but it was wobbly and I didn’t want to touch it in case it may break and be charged a security deposit. This shower and toilet is right next to the bed and there is the frame about 5cm height in between the shower room and the floor of the room to stop the shower water running out towards the room. I hit my toes and almost tipped over several times towards the sink right in front of the door opening. It is very dangerous construction I think."

"Although there are two bathrooms, only one has bathing equipment, so everyone has to take time to take turns to flush. In addition, it is recommended that friends who travel by car can not rent too long, because the car room will not be parked, my ground car can only be parked at the door, but it will be inconvenient to get on and off the car, because the road is narrow. The overall feeling is good, the cooking utensils are all ready."
