"The pool, beds, tv and air con were great. The couch in the room was so uncomfortable, it gave me a sore back. It is disappointing that they have taken the kitchens out of the room as difficult to feed a family with no microwave. We love the pool and location so we probably would go again."

"Mandurah Quay Resort is a very family-oriented run resort. Full of friendly and helpful staff who are always there to help you. It resides at a quiet corner of mandurah which gives you the peaceful which any urban hectic human needs. Book a 2rooms Spa apartment where I can enjoy the jacuzzi amenities within the room. Room was spacious and clean. Very decent value for its price. If you like to have some fun, can loan the crab pots and various equipment from the hotel owner/staff who are more than willing to go the extra miles. Dropping point is at the jetty within walking distance. Can also drive around to visit the Giant of Mandurah who are sited in magnificent sceneries. Beautiful , huge and yet can feel the freedom and friendliness of the giant."

"The cleaning only happens for 7days. For safety reason each bathtub should be provided with anti-slip mate. Floor mat, all other towels should be replaced daily too. For cleanliness & hygiene reason. Water pressure is a bit weak. Standing shower for the 2-bedroom apartment has a uneven floor that cause water unable to drain quickly."

"When I booked the room I first asked for an accessible room (none available). Advised other room is accessible though. There was lots of room which was good. I did mention when looking at bed that it was very high, we dropped out bags and went out for the afternoon. I am in a wheelchair needing 24/7 oxygen My husband set up oxygen, there was no way I could get on the bed it was way too high. I ended up getting very upset wrecking the one night we’ve been away in a long time. I tried sleeping on the lounge but couldn’t as everything ached. I was even more upset and we decided we go home or we wouldn’t get any sleep. The receptionist was very nice to me and told me there was an accessible room available, firstly that made me angry, but I kept it in developing a lot of anxiety and I broke down. The accessible room still had the very high bed. My husband went to get the car and we were helped out.  I would like a refund of some sort please as room was not suitable and I had to drive home.i had already taken my night medication which makes you sleepy so I really shouldn’t of driven but I had no choice.  Please have some compassion  Denise Esslemont"

"The children enjoyed the pool very much. I had a BBQ, but I didn't have a cleanup tool and gave up."

"Nice and clean apartment with plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. Need to do pre check in with credit card. Check in between 2 and 4 pm otherwise need to pre arrange to collect keys. Public car park below apartment but secured car park is underground."

"Check in was a bit slow. We had to line up outside the reception. Took about 30/40 minutes to get into the reception. Was very close to main strip in town."
