"Stayed here for four days, almost all foreigners waiters, frequent residents have made friends, look up not see bow, not familiar with embarrassed. The room is small in size, the heating inside is superb, you can wear shorts vest, much warmer than the Park Town I later lived in and Holiday inn Express. The room and bathroom are really clean. It is snowy outside. People enter and exit. As a result, they wore disposable slippers for four days and ran around the hotel. When they left, the soles were still clean. All the foreigners I met were very nice. When I was talking to breakfast, I heard that I was worried about going home. I was always comforting and helping out ideas. The first time I stayed at a hotel with shared bathrooms, I was not used to wanting to change a house quickly. Later, I gradually adapted to and even liked this hotel. If I have to stay in Satun before going back, I will continue to choose here. The main problem is poor sound insulation."

"Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again."

"Amazing property and staff. I stayed for five days and felt like home. The room was big and clean. I got the 8th floor and a good view from my room."

"Breakfast is average, it is quite good compared to Canada. Good location, free parking, very safe. The surrounding environment is good and quiet. The front desk service is superb. Suitable for children, there is a swimming pool."

"well me missed our conecting flight , bad news you have to repay for your tickets again ok i will just contact my hotel and tell them i will not make it in tonight . oh but you prepaid through trip.com , yes we have a policy that if your a no show we cancel your reservation . ok when do can we see our refund ? you wont we will just rent out your room to someone else , i see so i have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you did not get paid by them i see , no we did just your not getting a refund . can i trasfer my rooms as we are having a conference there for a few hundred people . no . we don't allow for that either . what ...... a scam ! no recourse , i gave them notice 12 hours before my check in . and was told to call back a number of times to speack to the manager .i contacted trip.com , and they also claim a garenty of refund but at the time i was to depart my room reservation changed to no refund be aware of this and maybe better don't use any online third party bookings agents as this is double dipping and should be a crime . we are out of pocket for both our air tickets and our hotel we paid in advance never again i will . i have proof , so if they decide not to keep this up contact me . roland kier mizuik . very concerned , independant insurance broker . my company will be informed how i was treated ."

"The room was spacious and hygienic, and there was a small pool and slide on the first floor. Unfortunately, we didn't bring a swimsuit. Breakfast is good, free coffee and hot water supply in the lobby. I feel that the toothbrushing cups, coffee cups with lids, bedding, shower gel shampoo hand sanitizer in the room are all very useful, indicating that the selection of this hotel chain is attentive."
