Natales Hotels with Wifi

This apartment is still relatively new, so the facilities inside are good. The location is also very good, the bus station is 8 minutes away, very convenient. The town is not big and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. The contact information for the stay is still a bit not smooth.

The hotel is among the best during my trip. The layout has a Norwegian feel to it, very practical and efficient. The staff here is truly a gem, very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. It's so comfortable that I will definitely choose to stay here again. The downside is the lack of lifts, but the staff will offer help to carry the luggage.

This location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Puerto Natales Bus Terminal which includes some slopes, and is a less than 10-minute walk to the main streets of Puerto Natales, so overall I consider this a good compromise of a location. There are several supermarkets nearby and it is conveniently close to many of the good local restaurants and cafes. Most tour operators can pick up straight from this hostal. The hostal requires an online check-in pre-arrival, and was responsive when I arrived (though the reception is not always manned). Check-out procedure was also quick and hassle-free. The room and bathroom are kept very tidy. Breakfast was mainly self-service style and basic, but it got the job done. The kitchen was open to use and provided a lot of convenience during the stay, including use of the fridge, water kettle, and various utensils.

The hotel is fairly new and about 1.5h by car to Torres Del Paine. The room is comfortable and clean. It has a big window looking out to the lagoon. It’s nice to have freshly fried eggs during breakfast. The reception is helpful to recommend tour. I want to compliment Mr Juan Pablo from the bar. He makes the best lemonade I ever had in this long trip to South America. I want to thank him for return my bag, which I carelessly left in the restaurant, directly to my room.  The hotel is outside the town. However it just take less than 10mins by Uber to go to town.

The hostel is a bit old and the facilities are a bit dated, but it's very clean, and the hot water and heating work great, making the room quite comfortable. The owner and his family are wonderful. There's a restaurant next to the hostel, and the owner recommended a burger-like dish that was absolutely massive – way too much for one person! They even reheated our leftover pizza for us the next morning. The owner's son was incredibly helpful; he booked our Torres del Paine tickets online and even checked us in for our flight when we left, which was a huge help. Big thumbs up to him! 👍🏻

As obervações que temos que fazer são as seguintes: - Recepção: Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo funcionário Carlos que sempre nos atendia, sendo muito solícito, atencioso e simpático. Registro ainda que o Carlos auxiliou de forma muito satisfatória, problema que tive em minha reserva, ocasionada por mim mesmo. Resolveu de forma ágil, eficiente e satisfatória. A funcionária Bárbara também foi muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em nossos passeios, assim como o Carlos. - Limpeza: A limpeza era muitoa bem feita, não havendo observações a serem feitas; - Barulho nas dependências: O estabelecimento tem uma rotatividade considerável. Percebi que muitas pessoas ficava um ou dois dias, apenas para fazer passeio full day no parque. Sendo assim, em alguns dias houve barulho de abrir e fechar portas e falando alto de algumas pessoas sem noção, pois existem aviso em todo hotel para que seja respeitado o silêncio. - Local para colocação de malas: O Hotel não dispõe de local específico para hospedar mala, caso seja necessário; - Recepção: Eu e minha esposa, sentimo falta de uma sofá na recepção, para que se pudesse esperar os tranfers e pessoas que fossem buscar para passeio. Apesar de haver uma área externa com cadeiras e mesa, ela era utilizada por fumantes. Como não somos fumantes, muita vezes, optamos por não ficar lá, em razão do incômodo. - Alimentação: Minha esposa é vegana e não tinha opção para ela a não ser pão de forma, frutas e mermelada de famboesa para passar no pão. Poderia term paes veganos, bem como alguma pasta ou bolos veganos que são fáceis de fazer. Na cidade, indicamos a o estabelecimento Pydarum que possui bolos, empanadas e todo tipo de comida vegana muito bem elaborados. Experimentem e verão que não faz diferença dos comuns e se for colocado no café da manhã ninguém irá perceber e irá atender a todos. Até porque o referido estabelcimento faz produtos para celíacos e alegicos, pelo que entendi. No mais, a cidade é mjuito segura, agradável, com moradores muito educados e sempre simpáticos. E os passeios são maravilhosos, com natureza intacta, o que nos permitiu renovar as energias para o presente ano.

The omelette for breakfast was good and this hostel was a good location being a short walking distance to the restaurants/cafes/bars. Our room in the corner on the ground floor smelled like sewage but the room next to it did not smell and it was clear that the hostel knew about this without informing us.

Close to the square, the location is very good, the view is wide, and the scenery is particularly good. Although it is close to the road, it is inevitable that it is a bit noisy, but fortunately, it rained yesterday, the air was a lot fresher, and the noise was not so obvious.

The room was very comfortable and was very clean. However, I find it curiosity that I have never met anyone in the hostel, and there has been no check-in or check-out.

Great place for the price. The WiFi signal is weak for the rooms at the back it kept disconnecting. The heater was not working that well the one in the bathroom worked well though but there were abundant blankets. Other than that for the price it was a great place. The girl that takes care of the place is a darling. Always willing to help. Location was great very close to the central plaza and the waterfront.
