"This is a hotel with ”bad value for money”! This is a hotel that will amaze you after you check in! This is a hotel that you will want to come back to after you stay! For me who has traveled all over the world, this is not the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is definitely the hotel I want to stay in the most. Before checking in, I didn't have too much expectation for this price hotel, especially during the Spring Festival, but after checking in, I felt that everything exceeded my expectations. The room layout is reasonable and spacious, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is superb! Whether it is the reception in the lobby, the handling of the front desk, or the service in the restaurant, it feels like treating guests as family. Too many compliments to give! "This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. It is close to Wanda and RT-Mart. A great accommodation choice. Moreover, when we left, we left our backpacks in the hotel room (containing valuables). On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof. The location is superb, just next to Yintai City, it is convenient to go shopping and eat. The coffee in the lobby is very healing, and the front desk is warm and freshly ground coffee. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was dry and wet, the breakfast was complete and the taste was not bad. Free parking + self-service laundry room is very practical. Business trips are suitable, the first choice for accommodation

Breakfast is a bit simple, maybe because the non-weekend occupancy rate is not high, others are very good. The hotel is large, quiet and cozy. The room facilities are still very new, the room is large and the bed is very comfortable. The environment is first class. The overall local is really good, but there is still a gap between the service awareness and the five-star. At that time, I went to check in. There was a female staff member at the front desk. Because there was a guest standing at the front desk to answer the phone, I waited patiently at the back for a few minutes. The front desk did not help the front guests. I have stayed in the hotel with the best service and environment in Wuhe. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the service attitude of the front desk. They always smiled when talking to me, which was very kind. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night. If I come to Wuhe for business again in the future, this hotel will be my first choice!!!

1. Overall, a fantastic stay! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and dining. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
