This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations.
All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety.
The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience.
Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The accommodation environment is very good, and the service is thoughtful. It is very convenient for shopping, tasting food, and entertainment in the surrounding area. It is close to Wanda and RT-Mart. A great accommodation choice.
Moreover, when we left, we left our backpacks in the hotel room (containing valuables). On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.
Next time I go to Bengbu, I will definitely go to Vienna Bengbu Wanda Branch again

The hotel is on the edge of Yintai. Although it is a core business district, it is still at least two kilometers away from various scenic spots. ~ Bus is not convenient, you have to go to play~ There is a taxi to travel, not very convenient. Eating around is OK, there are several snack streets and Yintai can eat next door.
Hygiene: OK
Service: OK. The elevator needs to be swiped, but there is a public card at the elevator entrance. Takeaway brother and some people familiar with the situation are more casual to use

Ancai East School entrance examination can be seen
Facilities: new, beds damaged
Environment: This hotel is opposite the south gate of Ancai East School. If the Mingde Building exam is very close, the hotel is on the second and third floors and other hotels in the same building. The twin room has no windows and is very stuffy. It cannot be opened for air-conditioning. You need to choose a window.
Don't live on the third floor, the fourth floor is billiards, a bit noisy at night, you have to bring earplugs
Hygiene: The hotel looks new, but the sanitation is not in place, a lot of dust
Service: Good front desk service, robot water delivery

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, soft bedding that made for a very comfortable sleep, and excellent hygiene—no odors or dust. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were quick. All the staff were very friendly, especially two receptionists who were particularly lovely, providing exceptional service and being incredibly kind. They even guided me to the elevator and helped with my luggage. Special praise to Chen Zimeng and Zhou Qun! Excellent value for money; I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

Hygiene is very good. The toothbrushes, cups, towels and slippers are all disposable. There are also disposable toilet seats.
But the soundproofing is so-so. Only one socket has electricity, and the one beside the bed doesn't have electricity either.
