"I had a really satisfying stay this time. The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. My room had great natural light, the bed was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was super quick. The location is superb, very close to Changzhou North Station. "We took advantage of off-peak travel to visit Changzhou for a two-day, one-night trip with our child. The Wenpu Hotel has an amazing location – it's the first time I've ever encountered a hotel where the subway directly connects to an underground plaza, which then leads straight to the hotel's basement level. There were even staff members in the basement to guide us. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a dinosaur-themed kids' room! As soon as we walked in, we saw dinosaur plushies and a little play kitchen – our child was absolutely thrilled. It was also the first time we'd slept on a 2.4-meter king-size bed; previously, 1.8-meter beds felt a bit cramped with two adults and a child. Just for that, I think Wenpu really gets it. The room was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtful. They've done an excellent job with the parent-child aspects, and every staff member we met had an incredibly friendly attitude. Overall, the experience was perfect. There are museums, libraries, and other attractions nearby. We'll definitely stay at Wenpu again next time we're in Changzhou!"

"Wow, my stay this time was absolutely fantastic! My room got upgraded and it was super quiet. The bathtub filled quickly with hot water, making for a very relaxing soak. The view from the window was expansive, and I woke up to the sun in the morning. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and greeted me warmly. 👌 The experience was great. I was in a hurry and didn't get to swim or use the gym, but I ran into some guys coming out of the gym in the elevator who were in great shape. 👌 The Chinese restaurant on the second floor had an elegant ambiance and wasn't crowded at all, so dining there was completely undisturbed and very enjoyable. 👌👌👌 It's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely come back next time. Too bad I forgot to take some photos."

However, we found it so comfortable that we extended our stay to five nights. When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Hidden away on a lakeside peninsula, the Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort is surrounded by bamboo forests. The lake-view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the stunning mountain and lake scenery. The hillside hot springs, complete with an infinity pool, are definitely the highlight. The resort grounds are quite large, so a shuttle bus is needed to get around. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities (Pinecone Park, trampolines, and petting zoo), and the butler service is attentive. Breakfast includes local specialties like hot pot fish head. On the downside, some buildings have slightly older facilities, some recreational activities cost extra, and during holidays, breakfast can be crowded and parking a hassle. Overall, it's great for families and a relaxing hot spring escape, with a better experience outside of weekends.

This hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Chinese restaurant and gym are both excellent. The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

First thing you need to know is it is clean. Sheets changed. Room is clean. Comes with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, outlets to charge, and a desk. The hotel has great amenities. The best part about it is the washing machine and dryer. 2 dryers. 3 washing machines. No issues with hot water. You can take a long shower with no issues. I'm a traveler with preference for only non smoking rooms or rooms that don't smell like it. I turn in the air conditioning to see if it has any smoke smell coming from it. My first room smelled like smoke but they were able to change me to another room without issues. This is probably the best value hotel for a single room. The cost benefits are even better if you split it with someone else. I had two room cards so I left the air conditioning on all the time. It was nice. The middle rooms don't have a window so a shower may make your room humid. The area around it is very great. There is a bunch of local food places and it's only locals not tourist. The best place is a noodle shop nearby. Order a large beef noodle soup for 14 yuan and get a free noodle refill. Be sure to turn on the exhaust when showering and you'll have to issues.

The hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The hygiene on the sofa and by the sink is a bit worrying. The decoration started to smash the wall at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the noise was very loud, intermittently lasting until four or five o'clock in the evening. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. Looking forward to improving quality after renovation.
