Hot Springs Hotels in Changzhou

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

Staying for two nights was so relaxing! The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head. Our butler service was very warm and attentive. I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated. We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

This stay was such a delightful surprise, I have to document it! I originally booked a standard suite, but before check-in, the butler, Qingqing, added me on WeChat and communicated with exceptional attention to detail. Perhaps noticing we were on our honeymoon, she discreetly upgraded us to a suite overlooking the hotel's gardens. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view of greenery, instantly uplifting my spirits. Most thoughtfully, she printed my WeChat profile picture on a leaf – such a small gesture was incredibly touching. The room amenities were Aesop, even the toothbrush was exceptionally comfortable, and there were even scented teaspoons and earplugs by the bedside. The balcony was enormous, and I contacted the staff to ensure the soaking tub was thoroughly disinfected, which gave me peace of mind. Near the reception on the second floor, you can buy mugwort sachets or herbal packs, which were especially relaxing while soaking in the hot tub. Qingqing thoughtfully sent us the hotel's service manual and brochure. She recommended we try the Chinese restaurant and the Friday and Saturday buffet dinners, and they were all excellent. The hotel also offers bookings for photography, spa, and cocktail experiences, perfect for couples or friends to relax and enjoy. She even showed us the hotel's ”King of Rooms,” a private floor with a starry sky ceiling for gazing at the night sky. I need to work hard to earn money so I can bring friends or my family to stay on the top floor next time! The hotel has a great location, close to Tianmu Lake, Nanshan Bamboo Forest, museums, and Highway 1. It's also newer than Zhuxi Valley. I'd love to bring my kids here to experience the children's area and infinity pool when we have children. A heartfelt thank you to our housekeeper, Qingqing, for her attentiveness and professionalism. She made this trip more than just a vacation; it felt like cherished moments of life.

Facilities: Very complete, smart bathroom is very convenient, you can think of the needs, if you can have a makeup mirror, it would be better to put a trash can next to the mirror. There is also a tent in the parent-child room, and the small bed is very cute. Hygienic: Every place visible to the naked eye is very clean, and the room that people can rest assured that there is no smell. I used to bring disposable bedding, but this time it was useless. Environment: A few minutes drive from the scenic spot. The interior decoration is my favorite style. Service: The pick-up service is thoughtful, the group communication is built in advance, the breakfast is rich and nutritious, because I don't want to live on the first floor, I upgraded the parent-child room on the second floor, and did not make up the difference.

The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again.

We stayed in a loft-style room with our child. The room was very spacious; even if two adults and two children stayed together, it wouldn't feel cramped at all. There was even a bag of building blocks in the room for the kids to play with. With the heater on, it was very warm both upstairs and downstairs. I've stayed in many family-friendly hotels with my child, and this one is definitely the best in terms of service. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic. Before check-in, the butler kept in touch with me about various activities, and the hotel kept bringing us things—drinks, fruit, afternoon tea, and a heartwarming bowl of porridge in the evening. We were already full just from the complimentary items! Li Rencui from the housekeeping department was very warm and attentive, even washing our child's clothes for us—we felt so bad! We hadn't made a reservation for afternoon tea, but the staff proactively arranged something for us. The staff member next to the hot pot pool was also very attentive, constantly reminding the children to check their feet for blisters if they soaked for too long. My child soaked for too long and refused to get out, resulting in wrinkles on their feet, and the staff member even thoughtfully found some band-aids for them. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends bringing their children; it's like the Haidilao of the hotel world!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 10th anniversary together. We wanted to find a quiet place where we could spend the day alone. We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. It is located in a valley and has a kind of hidden beauty. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. Before leaving, the housekeeper also gave me peanuts that they grew themselves~

We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The Quchanli Hot Spring Resort Hotel in Liyang offers a tranquil and beautiful setting, and the service provided by our butler, Xiao Tao, was truly impressive. Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!
