"We brought our kids to watch the public competition and initially booked two nights, mainly because this was the 'official hotel.' However, we found it so comfortable that we extended our stay to five nights. Overall, highly recommended!
* **Excellent Location:** It's super convenient to get to the competition venue and explore the surrounding area. Changzhou Museum and the city library are nearby, making it a great spot for families with kids.
* **Warm Service:** A special shout-out to Liana at the front desk. From check-in to extending our stay, she was consistently warm, attentive, and her smile was truly infectious. Although Lucia, the intern at the breakfast restaurant, is young, her sincerity shone through every day. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless daily, and the bell boy was also very friendly.
Just a small suggestion:
Of course, there were a few staff members whose service attitude was cold and stern. One even told us, ”This is your problem to solve!” – which honestly made me want to swear!
I hope the hotel can improve the service awareness of some staff members. While it's understandable to prioritize athletes during competitions, it's also important to pay more attention to the experience of regular guests. After all, events are temporary, but guest reputation lasts. A bit more balance in operations would make the experience even more perfect.
Overall, I'm satisfied and grateful for everyone I met during our trip!"
