⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! The environment was pretty good, and it wasn't too crowded because of the rain. My child absolutely loved the hot springs, but I was surprised to find out that children's hot spring tickets weren't included in our package and we had to pay extra for anyone over 80cm tall. The facilities at the resort are quite spread out. The main building is close to the hot springs, but it's a three-minute walk to the shuttle bus for Songguo Park. If you're traveling with kids, staying at Songguo might be a better option. It probably would have been even better if the weather had cooperated. We didn't get to experience Songguo Park this time, so we'll have to go back again.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

The service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

The hotel faces West Taihu Lake, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. The room has been renovated and is very new. Our butler, Beth, was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our needs. We are very satisfied and will definitely be back. Next time, I'll bring my parents to visit Changzhou. Looking forward to it!

We originally booked the Yanquan Han Hotel, but because the holiday was approaching, the reserved room was no longer available. They upgraded us to a lake view room at Shanju Inn for free. Their attitude in handling the problem showed us the hotel's sense of responsibility. The lake view room is adjacent to the lake and has a panoramic view of the scenic area. The room is clean and spacious, with complete facilities and high living comfort. What also impressed me deeply was the service of the hotel. The aunt at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She guided us to the room, gave us a thoughtful introduction, and helped us check in our luggage when we left. Her sincere attitude was very warm. If I come to Yancheng Lake again, I will still choose to stay here.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

Booked the economical Bestay Express, which is actually in the same building as Jinjiang Inn, with unified management and service, but Bestay Express is on the 2nd floor, while Jinjiang Inn is on a higher floor and needs to swipe a card to take the elevator. Although the room is not big, it has all the necessary facilities, and even has a shared laundry room. I bought breakfast at the front desk, which is very affordable at 10 yuan per person. There are porridge, side dishes, buns, milk, bread, and vegetables, which is very worthwhile! There are some snack bars and small restaurants in the residential area about a 5-minute walk away. The bus station is also about five minutes away. Overall, it is highly recommended, clean and economical accommodation.

Facilities: Comprehensive, especially the clothes hanger under the air conditioner. Cleanliness: Fairly good. Always bring your own alcohol wipes and other items to clean up after going out. Bedding was immaculate. Service: From the front desk check-in to the floor cleaning, I was very satisfied. Environment: While unassuming on the outside, the interior is absolutely stunning! The elevator card swipe is reassuring. I didn't expect the included breakfast. While not very substantial, the eggs and porridge were generally satisfactory.

The hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.
