"The Atour Hotel in Dingxi is quite good. The rooms are very new, the facilities are clean and convenient, there is an underground parking lot directly connected to the guest room. "The service was very friendly and the place was clean. There were plenty of food options downstairs, making it very convenient. We were just stopping by the highway to rest and found this hotel, but it exceeded our expectations. The front desk lady saw we were traveling with a child and proactively upgraded us to a suite with two beds. We were too tired to go out that night and ordered takeout. The room was spacious and I was very satisfied. I forgot to bring my laundry when I left, and they proactively sent it back for us. Thank you 🌹"

It is clean and tidy. I stayed there for half a month and my aunt cleaned it every day and provided good service. The attitude is also very good, and the boss lady is also very beautiful😆. Next time I come to Tongwei, I will stay in Carlisle. It is very suitable for business trips and it is very worry-free to stay.

GGuest UserSuch a good hotel, why is the hygiene so poor! The hygiene is very poor. The room was not cleaned at all, there were cigarette butts on the floor! There were cigarette butts in the trash can too. A layer of dust on the TV. Such obvious hygiene issues were not even cleaned up, let alone bed sheets and quilt covers. Always looking for ways to complain! Hope the hygiene issues will be improved. Everything else is good

The check in was rather complicated though, presumably because the receptionist was doing it for the first time. That’s fine but rather than being given a room card whilst they sort it out you’re made to wait. Was at least half an hour.
Otherwise the hotel room was okay for the price.
