Although it's rated as a four-star hotel, both its interior and exterior environments are definitely five-star standard. It feels fantastic to be nestled among Fuqing's scenic mountains and waters. The breakfast spread is especially rich, with a wide variety of local specialties. There's also a stunning little garden landscape. The swimming pool is very clean, and the front desk manager is incredibly polite. Due to the large number of guests checking in that day, I couldn't get a higher-floor room. After discussing with Ctrip, they agreed to waive the breakfast fee, and Ctrip's service is truly reliable and trustworthy 👍👍 Will definitely come again!"

"Stayed here with my mom, and she absolutely loved Fuzhou's weather – not too cold, not too hot! The hotel is conveniently located right next to Wanda Plaza and also quite close to Shizhu Mountain. Our room was spotless and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. We even got to use the gym. The breakfast spread was fantastic and varied. My mom and I especially enjoyed the oyster pancakes that our housekeeper Kelly recommended – they were delicious! Huge thanks to Kelly for her thoughtful service. Mom said she definitely wants to stay here again on our next visit."

"The room was not bad. We were traveling with our family and passed by Fuqing. There was a desk, so the children could finish their homework. It was quite good. I just didn't see clearly that the reservation did not include breakfast. The price on Ctrip was more expensive than the price at the store front desk."

"Great location to go with when you travel to Fuqing with ~10 mins walking distance to 2 Wanda Malls.
Views are unblocked when you get the high floors and front desk staff (Guo Jia Yi and others) are friendly and helpful.
The only disappointment is when we asked for additional water bottles, we were told that there is only 2 free bottles and there will be additional charges if we were to request for more (i mean, we are paying total ~ 3k RMB for 7 night stays and it is just disappointed to hear that water bottles are chargeable/typically cost 1-2 RMB per bottle at the supermarket)"

Efficiency [Strong]: 3-minute lightning-fast check-in. The room's desk and tea table are combined, and high-speed Wi-Fi ensures no lag during video conferences. Electronic invoices are sent to my email instantly upon check-out!
Poetic Charm: I initially thought the 'Yangming school of mind' theme was just a gimmick, but I was completely won over after staying. Smart voice control for curtains and lighting, laminated glass effectively blocks out street noise, and I was awakened by the morning mist over the Long River instead of traffic sounds.
Service Beyond Expectation: Arriving late at night, the butler was already waiting at the entrance and helped carry my luggage to the room. A freshly brewed pour-over coffee was delivered promptly in the morning. This 'present but not intrusive' sense of service balance is just superb!

The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete and new. Plenty of hot water with stable pressure. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was rich. The hallway fragrance was very pleasant. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were high-quality, and the service was thoughtful.

We had a great stay at the Nanfang Hotel. We had a big and clean room and felt really comfortable there. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We even were allowed to leave our bicycles inside.

We booked a double room with a special offer online. When we arrived at the front desk, we were told that the double room with a special offer was sold out, so we were upgraded to a standard double room for free. The security guard was very enthusiastic in directing us to park the car, which provided us with convenience. I saw the room, it's quite big and the price is worth it. The room was clean and hygienic, at least that's what I thought. Moreover, when we found out that the room was missing something, we called the front desk and they handled it for us quickly. The service was good. The transportation is also convenient. Wanda is more than 2 kilometers above the hotel, and the night market is more than 1 kilometer below. It's very convenient for me and my friends to go out for supper. Haha, I will choose this place next time.
