The service was good, and the staff were very enthusiastic. However, the facilities were a bit disappointing. They looked okay at first glance, but the details need improvement. We booked a music-themed room, but the karaoke microphone was broken. After we reported the issue, it wasn't replaced, and we never heard back. The tap water just trickled out instead of spraying, and I wonder how long it's been broken. The family suite was essentially two original rooms with a connecting door, so it had two bathrooms. But in one of the rooms, there wasn't even a table, a kettle, or even a chair to put clothes on... it was just awkward.

The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and comfortable, and the bedding is soft. The view outside the window is nice. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the location is convenient, close to shopping malls and restaurants, and it's also easy to order takeout. Transportation is convenient. However, the soundproofing isn't great. I didn't expect the floor to be so high, yet the construction noise next to the building was quite noticeable.

It's quite diverse, featuring freshly cooked local dishes like 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). Overall, considering the price and amenities, this is one of the most value-for-money hotels in the area. It has been operating for decades with a consistently good reputation, and a recent renovation two years ago means everything feels very fresh and modern.
