"I drove my car there, and the parking was awesome. The hotel’s location is right near the water, and has a very beautiful view (they gave me a free upgrade to a lake view). The staff treated me so kindly, and I don’t think they have many foreign guests there, especially coming by car and alone ! One of the staff there could even speak English!!! I was so surprised. Highly recommend this hotel, and also, I highly recommend paying the extra money for a Lake view….it is worth it !"

"The hotel's location is excellent, with a great surrounding environment. The lake is just a few hundred meters walk across the street, making it very convenient for dining and strolling. Check-in was also very quick.
However, the cleaning lady's attitude was quite cold. Whether checking into the room or encountering her in the hallway downstairs, she never showed any expression or greeted us. It felt rather distant and somewhat affected the experience."

"On the way to Qinghai Lake, we passed through Gangcha County, a very quiet town. The only chain hotel we saw there was Vienna Hotels, which opened in November 2025. The facilities were all new, the building layout was unique, and the breakfast was quite good. Although the room was only 22 square meters, it felt spacious. However, one problem was that the shower water was too cold; I don't know if it used an electric water heater. Also, the Wi-Fi in my room wasn't working at first, but the staff came and fixed it quickly."

"Very noisy! The window is on the main road. Even if the window is completely closed, there is still the sound of cars opening and whistles at night; the door is almost not soundproof, until midnight, the sound of opening and closing the door and chatting of the residents outside the door is frequently heard. . . The window door did not dare to open all night because of the noise, resulting in the indoor air was very stuffy. A group of three people did not have high anti-reflective symptoms during the day. Staying this night, they had headaches, chest tightness, wake-up in the middle of the night, and serious insomnia. Sleep quality has a great impact on the travel experience, if I choose again, I will not live here again."

"After booking, I found that the room did not have air conditioning. I thought there was no heating either. After checking in, I did not expect that it was floor heating. A ******* brother at the front desk was very welcoming. Parking was also very convenient. It might be the off-season. There were not many people in the hotel, so there were not many breakfast varieties."

There is a backyard parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The preferred place to stay in Qinghai Lake is at least much better than the south of the lake."

Anonymous User大廳一般，房間裏面還算在當地硬件不錯的。
因為有供氧氣才選的這家，但是入住的房間彌散供氧設備每隔兩三分鐘就自己停止又自動開啟，每次動靜都很大，前台的姑娘來看也説不明白為什麼，也不清楚是可能故障，後來來了一位男士拿來了另外一種接入氧氣的才解決，這個體驗還不錯。建議前台員工對自己的設施要有基本的瞭解。而且彌散供氧有聲音影響睡覺，前台説晚上也不建議開，我在祁連縣住宿的店沒聲音。
最拉垮的是早餐，外包的，含早都是額外付費的，知道高原條件有限，一開始訂的時候就知道不好，還是刷新認知。有加熱設備但是温度完全不夠，快7月份的天氣拿到盤子就基本涼了。沒辦法衹能要了一碗麪用湯泡上才能吃。孩子都笑着説又不是寒食節為什麼吃冷的。粥也就放一個鍋底部的量，粥碗很好笑大概比調料碟大一點，明明麪檔的碗就有很正常的小碗了。還不如農家樂隨便幾樣熱乎的。

袁The hotel is new, good health, the boss is warm, and very diligent, and the service is thoughtful. Gangcha County has a good environment and many restaurants. There is a Hangzhou Xiaolongbao nearby, southerners, and breakfast is convenient. It is the road repaired in front of the hotel, which is slightly insufficient.

網上訂了房，來到酒店。一進大堂一位美麗的藏族女孩馬上出來迎接我們，並幫我們安排停車、提東西。辦好入住手續，她和另一個女孩幫我們往房間提行李和雜物，不讓我們拎一件東西。她温柔告訴我們，這裏的海拔高，怕你們不適合，慢慢走，不能累着，一切交給我們做，若有不適，到我這來免費吸氧……，一路的疲勞，被她們的温暖感動得一點都不累了。衹是停車位置有點小，房間的衞生和設施也算是性價比高的了。

Hotel Tashi brother is great
The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, and every smile and greeting makes people feel warm. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was very comfortable, and the details were all attentive. The bedding was soft and comfortable, making me sleep well.
The hotel's dining is also excellent, whether it is breakfast or dinner, you can taste delicious food, satisfying my taste buds. In addition, the hotel's facilities are complete, whether it is leisure and entertainment or business office can be very satisfied.
Overall, I was impressed by this hotel and it was my highly recommended accommodation choice! If you are looking for a quality hotel, it is definitely the best choice!
