"Extremely pleased with this hotel! The check-in process was efficient and quick. The front desk staff were all smiles, and our butler, An Yu, was particularly welcoming. He proactively greeted us, thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities and dining hours, and even sent thoughtful reminders for meal times. The hotel's decor is a beautiful New Chinese style, creating a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. Watching the city lights at night from our room was incredibly relaxing. Cleanliness was impeccable. The mattress had the perfect firmness, ensuring a wonderfully restful night's sleep. The facilities are top-notch: the shower had excellent, stable water pressure, and the hot water was instant – perfect for washing away the day's fatigue. Both breakfast and the late-night snack were abundant and delicious. I especially recommend the freshly prepared rice noodles and fresh fruit, which truly recharged us for our day's activities. The location is also incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay. From the amenities to the soft services, everything exceeded my expectations. The value for money is exceptional; it's absolutely worth every penny. Next time I visit this city, I will definitely choose this hotel again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family!"

"Hengshan West Railway Station pick-up service: You can pick up and drop off at Hengshan West Railway Station. It is very convenient. The stairs on the left hand side of the gate are there. Service: The service is very good, the store can also order food, the farm food tastes very good, a few meals are eaten in the store, I am too lazy to find a place to eat. Hygienic: The room is clean and comfortable, and everything is quite new, beyond expectations. Environment: The location is on the street next to Nanyue Temple. It takes only a few minutes to walk. It is very convenient to go to Nanyue Temple and Hengshan. There is a leisure rooftop on the roof, taking pictures to see the scenery, chatting in a daze is very good"

She patiently answered all our questions during our communication, never once being perfunctory. The hotel facilities are very new, the room was spotless, the bathroom had no odors, and the public areas were clean and bright. For this price, the environment and service offer incredible value for money. When checking out, I happened to catch her on duty. She smiled, said goodbye, and even reminded me to watch my luggage, which instantly gave me a feeling of warmth, like family. The KingKoil mattress provides just the right balance of softness and firmness, and combined with the excellent soundproofing, I enjoyed a truly restful night's sleep. What impressed me most were the hotel's service and amenities. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, proactively offering information about the surrounding area during check-in. The hotel also offers a 24-hour complimentary gym and a self-service laundry room, which is an absolute lifesaver for business travelers. Breakfast at The Eatery restaurant was extensive, and I particularly enjoyed the authentic Hengyang fish noodles – a fantastic way to sample local specialties without even leaving the hotel. "the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise."
