"I highly recommend the 'Confession Room' at this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I entered – the balloons and rose petals were beautifully arranged without being over-the-top, and the swan towel art was incredibly romantic. The facilities are top-notch, the mattress is soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness is impeccable; even the corners were spotless. The sheets and towels had a subtle, pleasant scent, which was very reassuring. What truly stood out was the service. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, helping with luggage and recommending local attractions, and housekeeping responded incredibly fast. The overall environment is quiet and serene, with an expansive view from the window. The price is also reasonable. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again."

"the receptionist is good very helpful. i wasnt well when i went there so i didnt go out much. the receptionist helped me get a taxi as i dont have weixin to book it. very grateful for her help. the hotel location is good close to shopping center plus lots of resto around. the room was small and smell of smoking when i came so i need to open the window. the floors are not well insulated. i can hear whatever upstairs and downstairs doing. woke up at 2am by the occupants upstairs whom keep playing with the luggage? keep walking around?? it happen a few times.if i can suggest you better put carpet on the floor to reduce the noise."

It felt more human and caring than some high-end chain hotels, and it had a unique 'professionalism' that even some charming B&Bs lack. The mattress was very comfortable; after a night's rest, my tired body felt completely relaxed. **Cleanliness:** The bedside cabinet wasn't perfectly clean; I could feel a bit of dust when I placed my phone on it. Other areas were generally clean. **Ambiance:** The dining and common areas were elegant and comfortable. The interior of the room and the hallway had a beautiful, timeless Chinese style. The air in the corridor was filled with a relaxing woody scent. **Service:** The front desk attendant took me to my room and explained the timings for afternoon tea and breakfast the next day. Before I left, she even gave me an apple and two bottles of water, which was very thoughtful. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Hengyang. I hope anyone in Hengyang doesn't miss out on this hotel; overall, it's great value for money and highly recommended."

"The hotel is very close to Nanyue Temple and Hengshan Visitor Center, with convenient transportation. It is located next to the commercial street and there are many delicious foods nearby. The facilities are quite new, the room is clean and comfortable, and there is a smart toilet. But the check-in experience was not good and the service quality was not satisfactory: 1. The hotel was under renovation when we checked in. On the first day, I told the front desk about the noise caused by the renovation, and the renovation was temporarily suspended for more than half an hour. However, the renovation started before 8 o'clock the next morning, and I couldn't sleep at all. 2. The CCTV in the room could not be tuned in. I called the front desk and they said they were busy and would be up soon. However, after waiting for half an hour and making several phone calls, someone came up to help me turn on CCTV. 3. The check-in was for two nights, but the front desk only wrote one night. When I asked the front desk, they said it was okay. When I came back from the trip the next day, I couldn't get in. Then I asked the front desk, and they said a lot of things, saying that their system can only register for one day, which is a regulation of the Public Security Bureau. The Public Security Bureau requires facial comparison, and they said a lot of other irrelevant things, but they just refused to admit that they made a mistake in their work and caused trouble to the guests. 4. The attitude of the staff was rather cold on the first day and the second morning of the stay. After I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service quality to the front desk on the second night, the service quality improved. On the third day, enthusiasm was clearly visible and the quality of service had improved."
