The late-night noodles were delicious – I had them two nights in a row! This is hands down the best hotel I've stayed in in recent years across all aspects. It will definitely be my first choice whenever I'm staying at the foot of Mount Heng.

The incense is also ready to live in their home every time and there is a free tour guide to the temple to explain it. It is very convenient. Whenever I visit Nanyue, I always choose this hotel. It has the best environment in the area, and more importantly, the service is incredibly thoughtful. If you're driving, the parking area is very spacious and expansive. The overall facilities are comprehensive, with a tea room, free calligraphy (copying scriptures), and 'Baduanjin' (a traditional Chinese exercise) experiences. This time, I stayed in an executive room which was clean and tidy, came with a sofa and a bathtub, making for a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again given the chance.

At that time, our friends arrived at the hotel very late and gave us three rooms at the price of 268 per room per night without breakfast and mountain view room. This is the Vienna member price. Later, we went to Ctrip and saw that it was 309, so we showed the price and negotiated whether we could get 297. We were too lazy to do it, and the platform was only 309, not much different, but they still said no, no, and the attitude was not friendly. They asked us to book on the platform. My friend was a little angry because the former and the latter colleagues were inconsistent, which might be a handover problem, but she did not verify it and directly refused and communicated toughly many times. We agreed to book on the platform later, which was indeed a bit unpleasant. Then after a while after we got to the room, someone at the front desk called again and said that they would send breakfast to each room, or whether they could directly give us the originally agreed price of 297 front desk price to check in and cancel the Ctrip order. Why did they have to argue for so long for that 10 yuan? Everyone was unhappy. The impression score was not good, so we refused. Unfortunately, it closed down this year, so we booked Vienna. Ps: Hengshan is a good place, but this does not represent our impression of Hengshan. We like it here and come here often.
