"The accommodation was amazing! I loved that the ceilings were high and the space was spacious. The hot water flowed well, and the bed was just the right amount of soft, so I slept really well. The soundproofing wasn't great, though. Still, they provided both pickup and drop-off services, so I had a very comfortable trip. I highly recommend it!! They even recommended a delicious restaurant, were incredibly friendly, and the accommodation was just so, so good^^"

"Paid just over a thousand for a lake-view room, and honestly, this is the worst hotel I've stayed in for this price point. My main issues are twofold: First, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the peanuts weren't even fresh – they actually served stale food! Second, there was a horrible mildew smell coming from the sink drain in the room, which was really off-putting. The only silver lining was that there's a duty-free shop right downstairs, which made shopping very convenient!"

My stay was excellent; the bed was big and the bedding very clean. It completely surpasses any hostel I've stayed at in mainland China – truly friendly and comfortable for a solo traveler. My three days in Kinmen were so relaxing. Next time, I'll pick a sunny day to come again! And I'll definitely stay here again; this place is genuinely great!! (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)"

The corridor looks like a school dormitory. I miss school. It is quiet and I didn't hear anyone passing by outside the house."

At present, there are no hotels in China that use keys to open the door, but they still use keys to open the door, which is a bit uncomfortable. I forgot to lock the door before going out several times, and ran back to lock the door. The sound insulation is not good, and the guests outside can hear the conversation clearly. The washbasin only has a basin, no table. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom is only a curtain, not separated by glass. The view outside the window is good and feels great."

"Kivala hostel is great. It's really clean, all the instructions given by the owner through Line are very clear. On top of that, you will live the experience of staying in a Kinmen traditional house. I really recommend it.

The Beourguest 7 inn was recently renovated in 2023, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Kinmen. Kinmen Shangyi Airport is located approximately 7km away from this hotel. The nearby area boasts an abundance of attractions including Jiangongyu Islet, Deyue Tower and Shuitou Settlement. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Kinmen hotel provides parking on site. Our guests consider this hotel to have excellent service.
"It was a great stay at the 7 inn. The host picked up us from the airport on arrival day and sent us to the ferry terminal before departure. The room was very clean with an attached bathroom with no need to share. There’s a busy kitchen but you can always ask if you need to use it for anything. The location is about 2km away from the city center so it’s easier to get around if you get a bike/rental. The host knows all the history about the place and beyond, a super knowledgeable guide when he showed us around the town and gave us tips and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We only stayed one night and the host took us to the “燕南书院” which had a spectacular paranormal view of the island and a great place to spot the wild peacocks, a perfect ending for our trip to Kinmen. Will definitely be back and stay here next time ❤️"

TTaozigoBefore visiting Kinmen, I searched for numerous B&Bs on various apps and finally found this newly opened one that was both stylish and comfortable. I learned that the owners' family is involved in architectural soft furnishings and graphic design. No wonder it felt so cozy and comfortable. The decor is clean and stylish, retaining many traditional architectural elements while maintaining a modern feel.
Of course, the price is a bit high, but within an acceptable range, it's a very good stay.
The owners were very welcoming and attentive, patiently asking about breakfast times and helping me keep track of ferry schedules even though the typhoon had canceled sailings. I'm very grateful and will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kinmen.

The hotel brother is very sincere to stand on the side of the road and wait for us. Help us put our luggage on and off the bus and close the door. It takes ten minutes to drive to the hotel. The little brother also drove us around their hotel park. The environment is very comfortable and a lot of greenery. The front desk lady is also very beautiful and friendly. It will explain in detail how to use each area. The room is light and wooden. fragrant, very comfortable. There is breakfast service, breakfast is really very pleasant, Miss Sister said that they went to the hottest breakfast shop early in the morning to buy us, so we have eaten several recommended popular breakfasts at the same time, next time I bring my family to relax, More suitable for slow, not in a hurry, if the weather is not hot, I feel that I can stay in the hotel for a whole day. The whole experience is the best in Jinmen, because we are in the special forces in Jincheng District the next day, we still like it here. The hotel owner, including the little brother and sister, is very friendly. Your needs will be met as much as possible. There are pick-ups for playing in Jinhu. So I didn't rent an electric car on the first day.

Environment: I heard that it was a house left by a general, so it has the most unique roof in the neighborhood. I also heard that the house was over a hundred years old and was renovated this year. It’s really easy to take pictures inside. You can take good photos from every angle, and there is a small yard in the front and back.
Then there is a back mountain nearby, and in front is the well-preserved Zhushan settlement. It is very comfortable to walk around when you have time.
Cleanliness: The entire B&B was very clean and I felt very comfortable when I stayed there.
Facilities: The facilities are very complete, even the hair dryer is from Daisen (only small suggestion, I hope it comes with conditioner)
Service: The boss and the landlady are really nice people. We got in touch before we went there, chatted a lot, and gave us a lot of help and suggestions. They provided free pick-up and drop-off for arrival and departure. They also gave us a lot of recommendations and suggestions when we were in the local area. Help, and later we chatted and heard that they met and got to know each other when they were working as tour guides in Xiamen, and then they also owned a small shop in Jincheng Town. They are a very hard-working family.

The location is very convenient, about a 5-minute walk to Jincheng Station. There are also several good restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Compared to hotels near the station, I think this hotel offers a quiet environment while also providing enough convenience.
The homestay has 3 floors, but I live on the ground floor and have never been upstairs; looking at the skylight feels really nice!
In addition, if you rent an electric scooter, you may have to park it nearby instead of outside the house. If you have plans, you should communicate with the B&B in advance.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spotless, well-equipped, and the service was excellent (the hosts were so warm and thoughtful), making for a very cozy stay. The location is fantastic too: we didn't rent a car, but it was easy to get around Jincheng from the B&B or take a bus to other areas. The owner also provides breakfast (plentiful and delicious) and shuttle service to and from the pier (the B&B is very close to Shuitou Pier). It's definitely a place I'd love to stay at again if I return to Kinmen!

SSawa07Located right behind the Kinjo Bus Terminal, you can reach it in just a 1-minute walk. Only stairs, but not too painful. The hostess explained it carefully. A warm air heater was also prepared for the cold at night. There is also a delicious Guangdong porridge shop where you can walk in 5 minutes. I think it is a good location near the convenience store.

Some reviewers said the area isn’t super lively with restaurants right outside, but it’s peaceful and a good base for exploring by bike or scooter. 
Cleanliness & facilities:

There are limited parking lots next to the hotel (for car rentals), if you rent their cars which are more expensive, they have different lots for them.
