"The guesthouse offers airport or pier pick-up and drop-off services. It's basically a converted house, but the rooms are nice and well-equipped, and most importantly, they're very new. The owner is very helpful and grateful for reminding us about the typhoon the next day, urging us to go to the pier early to wait in line, as the ferry was only operating two trips due to the typhoon. We arrived early and got a spot on the waiting list, thus avoiding the risk of not being able to get to Xiamen. They also held our room until check-out time so we could continue staying if we couldn't make it to Xiamen."

"Paid just over a thousand for a lake-view room, and honestly, this is the worst hotel I've stayed in for this price point. My main issues are twofold: First, the breakfast selection was very limited, and the peanuts weren't even fresh – they actually served stale food! Second, there was a horrible mildew smell coming from the sink drain in the room, which was really off-putting. The only silver lining was that there's a duty-free shop right downstairs, which made shopping very convenient!"

"The B&B is in a great location, very close to Kinmen University and the Huxia Seawall. Plus, downstairs they even have bread, snacks, and coffee available! That's incredibly thoughtful. My stay was excellent; the bed was big and the bedding very clean. It completely surpasses any hostel I've stayed at in mainland China – truly friendly and comfortable for a solo traveler. My three days in Kinmen were so relaxing. Next time, I'll pick a sunny day to come again! And I'll definitely stay here again; this place is genuinely great!! (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵)"

"Super strategic location with walking distance to most food places in Kinmen old town. There are limited parking lots next to the hotel (for car rentals), if you rent their cars which are more expensive, they have different lots for them. The hotel does not provide toothbrush so be prepared for that. Do check out the popular stir fry restaurant next to the hotel (and a temple), they have good range of seafood with reasonable prices"

The owner went above and beyond by personally driving me to a money changer, as Kinmen is not yet fully cashless—most merchants and taxis still rely on cash transactions, with limited card payment options. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere, making it an ideal place for a comfortable and restful stay. I strongly recommend this place for visitors who need a quiet n clean place to stay on your vacation here in Kinmen."

"Environment: Quiet but relatively remote Service: Relatively satisfactory Different from hotels in China, maybe they advocate simplicity and environmental protection, so the cups for brushing teeth and the cups in the breakfast room are disposable cups. At present, there are no hotels in China that use keys to open the door, but they still use keys to open the door, which is a bit uncomfortable. I forgot to lock the door before going out several times, and ran back to lock the door. The sound insulation is not good, and the guests outside can hear the conversation clearly. "It was my first time to book accommodation online. Since I share the same surname as Dai's B&B, I felt very familiar with it, so I decided to stay there. I am very happy to meet someone with the same surname as Dai from Kinmen! We are treated like family, which makes our participation in the ”Veteran Repayment Fund” this year even more like going home. I ate the rice noodle soup, taro porridge, and hand-grinded latte coffee from Dai’s B&B. I really like Sister Dai’s cooking skills and the coffee she makes. The dense and delicate taste is the best coffee I have ever tasted! Thank you to the Dai sisters for your warm service. We will still stay at Dai’s B&B again when we go to Kinmen."

"The room was very clean and tidy. Health is also very good. The price is also right. The location is 10 minutes away from the city. Carrefour is next to the homestay, which is very convenient. In general, the price is very high, to play in Golden Gate, it is highly recommended. What I want to say is that the boss is better. We temporarily changed the itinerary the next afternoon, so we didn't book this homestay and booked another one. Luggage is sent at the homestay and went out to play during the day. We went back to pick up our luggage late at night. The boss heard us go back to pick up our luggage and quickly came out to say hello. Since the electric car can't get off the luggage, the suitcase is very big, and it rains again. The boss quickly rode his own motorcycle to see if it could be stuffed.
