"I found tiny insects on the walls and in the bathroom of my room. Some were dead on the floor and walls, while others were alive. I swept them up with a tissue rather than complaining, but it was unpleasant. The Wi-Fi is also poor in the back rooms on the top floor. I was a bit surprised to find a staff sleeping in a guest area with his feet on the sofa in the morning, especially since he later told a guest off for having feet near the sofa. Providing a good guest experience did not seem to be a priority"

"We enjoyed our stay here, we were allocated a room at 3rd floor with in-room toilet, overall the environment was clean. Shampoo , body wash and bath towels are provided along with home slippers to change while walking in the house. Water dispenser at ground floor for refill of water. The owner was friendly and she even came to check-in on me as I was sick on second day. Gave us good recommendations to help us navigate the island and remind us to check on flight changes due to fog. Thanks for the hospitality. If you want room with view of Kinmen bridge, book the bigger size room facing the bridge."
