"This Lavande Hotel is the worst I've ever stayed at. I'd describe it as a budget version of the Lavande Hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it overall. Here are my three points of evaluation: First, the staff were quite professional. From the front desk staff to the floor attendants and restaurant staff, everyone was very friendly and polite. The front desk girl kindly provided recommendations for nearby restaurants and entertainment. I also twice asked the floor attendant to help repair the room facilities – thank you for your hard work. Second, almost all the facilities were old and outdated. The carpet was dirty, and the room furniture was old, creating a depressing atmosphere. Finally, the room even had the kind of equipment typically found in mahjong rooms, making a loud, rattling noise that reminded me of the smoky environment of a mahjong parlor. Additionally, the TV malfunctioned multiple times; thankfully, the floor attendant helped me. These equipment issues reflect management problems. In short, I don't recommend it."
