"Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!"

"The hotel has two floors. The first floor has a living room, dining room, and one bedroom, with a courtyard where you can barbecue and soak in the hot spring. The second floor has two bedrooms, each with a shower, toilet, and sink. The appliances are all provided, and the hotel is very clean. The surrounding environment is also very nice. The butler service is excellent; they are always responsive to your needs. I would definitely choose this hotel again."

"Bringing my child to Mount Taibai this time, choosing the Furongge Yunlan Hotel was absolutely the right decision – our experience was fantastic! 👍 We had a dedicated butler looking after us throughout our stay, from pre-arrival communication before we even left home to final check-out. The service was incredibly thoughtful. Before we set off, the butler proactively asked for our arrival time, made sure the room's air conditioning was on, and even arranged a welcome fruit platter. Once we checked in, no matter what we needed, they responded instantly to our messages. The attention to detail was exceptional. I must commend the hotel's complimentary photography service! The grounds are full of beautiful photo spots. The photographer was excellent at engaging with children, capturing really natural shots that looked great even without editing. We got so many heartwarming parent-child photos. There's also a gentle dog named Zhouzhou at the hotel, which my child absolutely adored. They spent the entire day chasing the dog around, which was a lovely, unexpected surprise for our holiday. In the evening, there's an atmospheric 'nightfall ceremony,' and the complimentary sweet tremella (snow fungus) porridge was a delightful bedtime treat. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, and the taste was great. The heated swimming pool had clean water, and my child didn't want to leave! The room was spotless, and the bedding was super soft, making for a very comfortable rest. When we left, we even received a parting gift from the hotel. The butler was meticulous throughout our stay and even messaged us after we left to ensure we arrived home safely. This hotel is perfect whether you're bringing kids or specifically coming for a photo-op. 👍 I'll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Mount Taibai!"

"The room was spotless, and the balcony had a good-sized hot tub. It was too hot to go out, so this place was perfect for a family vacation with kids – lots of activities without needing to leave the hotel. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and for lunch, they brought out various noodles; I had three bowls of Saorou noodles in one day! We booked one dinner, and you could tell the kitchen put a lot of effort in. With more than two types of curry, I couldn't resist and ate three bowls of rice, completely forgetting about the seafood! Our butler, Xiao Zhao, provided great service. She also took care of all sorts of small animals. If it hadn't been so hot, I don't think the kids would have wanted to go home – the lambs were adorable!"

"This is a highly recommended treasure homestay, right next to Yulong Bay, with convenient and free parking. The front desk lady was friendly and responsive, offering many recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options at reasonable prices. The hotel also offers many free amenities, which is quite reliable. Breakfast is a buffet, and the sauerkraut noodles are a specialty. Because we stayed for two days, we were given an upgraded room on the second day. The room was spacious, and the private hot spring and HD projector were a great experience. It's perfect for traveling with children or friends."
