"This stay at Mando Hotel was originally good. I hadn't checked out yet, but the cleaning staff opened the door and came in without knocking. Then they asked me whether I was checking out or extending my stay. This shouldn't be done. The room attendant should just go into the room and ask. When I checked out, I said ”check out” at the front desk. A woman at the front desk said ”just leave it here”. Mando Hotel can strengthen its staff training so that it won't be like a high-end hotel, but just like a small guesthouse."

"Very dissatisfied, I can't find anyone to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes a long time to get to the front desk. It is dark. There is no reception. There is a super high ridge at the door. All luggage and the like have to be carried by yourself.
The most ridiculous thing is breakfast. I don’t know where to buy two plastic bags of buns and inferior soy milk. I don’t even have an egg. I let myself take it back to the hotel to eat.
The whole hotel saw a staff who ignored it from check-in to departure. It felt like it was going to close down immediately. It was really an eye-opener to sell more than 300 nights."

The boss was absolutely willing to spend money to the guests. The front desk road would be very good. The service was very good and warm. The breakfast was on the 8th floor. It’s not bad, I don’t know what the specialties here are. Just have a chance to try it. The parking lot is also large and very convenient. There is a laundry room on the 8th floor and it is also very convenient.
