We left the card of one room in the room when we went out and hoped that the staff would help us open the door. The front desk asked who was staying in our room. All three rooms were reserved by me. I said the names of other families, and they told me that it was wrong. I said the surnames of the people staying in the three rooms were different, and they told me that I had to say the correct name. "Very dissatisfied, I can't find anyone to check in at 9 o'clock in the evening. It takes a long time to get to the front desk. It is dark. There is no reception. There is a super high ridge at the door. All luggage and the like have to be carried by yourself.
The most ridiculous thing is breakfast. I donât know where to buy two plastic bags of buns and inferior soy milk. I donât even have an egg. I let myself take it back to the hotel to eat.
The whole hotel saw a staff who ignored it from check-in to departure. It felt like it was going to close down immediately. It was really an eye-opener to sell more than 300 nights."
