"I was going to give it a perfect 5 out of 5, thinking the staff must have been incredibly hard-working during the ***** New Year holiday. However, there were some issues. The standard rooms are a bit dated, and the elevator and hallway rooms had a slightly stuffy smell. There were hairs on the pillows and washbasin in my room, and there was something stuck on the bedside table (pictured second). I don't know what it was used for, but it was also filthy. Also, because we checked in early, around noon, the room must have been a snatched-up deal, as there was no complimentary mineral water. I notified the front desk, and a woman brought it to me. I half-opened the door and tried to take it, but the woman came into my room with a look of disbelief, then placed it on the shelf herself. She even glanced around, acting suspiciously as if I'd finished my water and asked her to bring it. I don't use the hotel kettle; I always bring a bottle of water with me, but I only drank one bottle because it wasn't enough. The woman's manner of speaking and expression really needs to change."

"After touring Xiangxi, I stopped by for a break on my way back to Guangdong. I chose the Wyndham hotel because it's newly opened and boasts five-star standards. The amenities are impeccable, and the service is excellent. Parking was available at the entrance, and the receptionist helped with luggage and walked me to the elevator. Check-in was quick. The room was enormous (they said it was 70 square meters). The family twin room had a 1.2-meter bed and a 2-meter king-size bed, and the bathroom was even bigger than the room itself! 😂 The 270-degree river view on three sides was expansive. The rooftop pool extends a small section outside the building, with a cantilevered transparent glass bottom, making the view from below truly spectacular. The restaurant is on the 21st floor, and having breakfast overlooking the river was a real treat.
The only downside was that the construction site nearby started piling at 6:00 AM. I couldn't complain, and the government 12345 said the national regulation for construction work was that it could start at 6:00 AM. Speechless! 😓
If it weren't for the construction, this price for a new five-star hotel with such a large room and new amenities would be a great value."

Guest UserThe biggest plus for this hotel is the price. The rooms themselves are very clean and comfy and the heating works fine. Our family of 4 (2A2K) were very comfortable living there. There's limited facilities with only one washer/dryer. On the downside, the common areas have room for improvement; there's a sewage smell in the lift areas, the waterproof sealing is poor quality (the sink in the room moves and the sealing on the shower floor is peeling off); but for this price, these are small and acceptable niggles.
The location is great with good cheap eateries nearby including a Luckin Coffee. The Xintiandi shopping centre is very accessible with a minibus service (service numbers 1, 4 and 7 ;10 minute ride & get off at Jiaoshan primary school stop and walk 150m) that has plenty of shopping and things for kids to do. It even has a good gym on the 5th floor (Mariss Gym, single entry of RMB20).
Definitely would consider booking again.

位置不錯，有很多地方又評又好吃，也有公車到新天地廣場附近。新天地廣場有很多小朋友的節目，五樓還有一間健身房給我用。
下次來會考慮再住。

There were not many guests, they were arranged in the corner room, very quiet, the bed was good to sleep, and the rest was good. The sanitary condition is average, and the towels should be changed, but the hotel may understand this situation and prepare a disposable bath towel for a fee. I have seen the evaluation before that the hair dryer smells serious. We probably lived in the same room. I can't imagine how the hair dryer can blow that unpleasant smell. It hasn't dissipated for a long time. Is it difficult to change one? puzzled. The little sisters at the front desk are all worried, and they are not happy at work.

Service: Very good 👍. The front desk and the cleaning aunt are very warm. The service is also very good.
I read the comments before and said that it would be noisy at night, and I didn't feel noisy after staying for four days. There was no noise at night.

The hotel is on the street behind the bus station, the boss's own house... The location is not bad. After all, it is very close to the station. The female boss is really Buddhist. Most of the time, she sings the Buddhist scriptures in the hall! The hotel elevator went upstairs, the booked room did not pay attention to the inner window, and the room space was not very large, the network was mainly not very good, because there were two wifis on each floor, but they were in other rooms, it is recommended that the boss can change to independent Wfi later, The boss later took the initiative to change a standard room (the room where the router is located) and the network problem was completely solved. The hotel is more cost-effective! There are more people who go to the street where the station is located to eat and shop! Personally, I think it is good to stay on business trips that are not so particular!
