"Let me start with the good aspects;
1. The location is better, the ancient town is out

This is about the bad side.
1. The 406 bathroom I live in is offensive, and it doesn’t work if I put water in a plastic bag and press the floor drain.
2. The design of the sink is extremely unreasonable, the water pressure is too large, the wash basin is too shallow, the family wet the body, although there is a prompt on the faucet to be careful, but people are difficult to avoid
3. I live in the top room, the space is small, the bathroom design sliding door and the shower sliding door are reversed, very awkward.
4. Breakfast is very general
5. There is a waiter who called the front desk and asked for mosquito coil liquid twice. I didn’t have time to send it. Finally, I found a replacement in the health car.
6. Although there is a large balcony, there is no screen window, and I dare not open the window for a long time. There are too many mosquitoes.
7. The parking lot smells of shit, it should be that the sewage pipe is leaking."

The front desk lady is very intimate to call to determine if there is a mistake. "This was our first trip to Xishui County. The weather was cool, around 30°C. We booked the Xishui Hotel, the best five-star hotel in the area, through Ctrip, and it truly lived up to its reputation! The hotel's facilities and services were excellent! They provided complimentary fruit daily, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes. The service was warm, attentive, and meticulous, including sterilized plastic and cloth slippers, as well as disposable toilet seats. What particularly pleased us, the elderly couple, was the hotel's lakeside garden; an evening stroll along the lake was incredibly pleasant. Our two-day stay at the Xishui Hotel was truly memorable, and we give them a thumbs up!"

Service: Asked if you can visit the winery, you can directly help to make an appointment for free explanation. The room towels are stacked with very cute elephants and rabbits. Any needs are also on call.
Facilities: The room is quite big, the facilities are very complete, and the water and snacks are very generous. Even if there are not many people, there are breakfasts that change every day, there are Western food and snacks such as rice noodles, wheat bran and local specialty tofu. Breakfast service attitude is also good. The TV is a bit problematic, and the flaws are not concealed.

The hotel is equipped with a self-service laundry room, washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines. After playing for a few days, the accumulated clothes can be directly cleaned and dried, without having to take dirty clothes on the road. The wardrobe in the room is sufficient, you can hang suitcases and coats, the curtains are shading, you want to make up for sleep during the day and will not be disturbed by the sun, the public elevator runs smoothly, the waiting time is short, and you feel that all kinds of facilities are very suitable for travel needs.
