"整體來説挺好的，衞生很乾凈，環境也不錯，也挺安靜的，周圍吃飯也很方便，離植物園也挺近。前台也很熱情。其中有一點不愉快説明一下:我下午五點左右訂的三張床的房間，攜程顯示成功了，商家也確認了，酒店確認函也有了。但是我晚上入住的時候，前台説我訂的房間沒有了，説給我取消了。可是我當場打開攜程，上面明明寫着訂成功了，預訂成功的手機短訊也有，攜程上面確認函還都在，我也沒收到任何取消的通知，可前台説那是攜程的問題，我們是取消了。好在前台給我換了一個房間，一張一米二的床和一張一米五的床，也還可以吧。然後又給我加了一個被。後來我仔細看了一下攜程的訂單詳情，雖然預訂成功了，但是下面有一行很小的字，寫着酒店無法滿足你的要求。原來我在特殊要求那個選項裏選了一個無煙，一個安靜。但是確預訂成功了，我也衹收到了成功的短訊。看來還是攜程的操作流程產生的問題，好在酒店前台還不錯，就算是解決了吧。"

"The room was clean and the boss was beautiful and enthusiastic. I knew that I needed to go out to work the next day. I saw that other people had left and knocked on the door to remind me. I have lived in several stores in Yi'an, and other stores have no room/forgot to stay. The treatment method is either to add money to upgrade the room type or to change to a standard room. This boss not only confiscated the deposit but also upgraded the room type for free. It really surprised me. If you come back next time, you will choose to stay here."
