"I was very satisfied with the room; it was well-equipped, clean, and hygienic, with a great environment. Being in the first row, I could see the sea of clouds right from the door. The butler service was top-notch; they picked us up at the entrance, helped with our luggage, and delivered breakfast to our room. The room also came with two complimentary oxygen cans and two bottles of mineral water. They even provided us with navigation for the ascent in advance and arranged all the procedures for the small car to go up the mountain. After we left, they checked in to make sure we arrived safely at our next destination. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you again!"

"I went to Xingjing to see the Dove Flower during the May Day holiday, and specifically booked the Dove Flower Hotel. The hotel looks big and grand, but the decoration is a bit old, and the hygiene is very poor. On the way here, I was a little hesitant, wondering if the wooden cabins in the mountains of Ya'an, with its frequent rain, would be damp, have lots of mosquitoes, or smell musty. But! Not at all! It was a pleasant surprise. No wonder I hadn't seen any negative reviews. Everyone provided excellent service; it was the kind of feeling where you feel right at home. They picked you up when you arrived, helped with umbrellas and luggage, and escorted you to your room. They even saw you off when you left, right back to your car. Everyone and every staff member was incredibly friendly, responsive, and quick to help. They'd practically stand up and ask if you needed anything before you even asked. The food in the restaurant was delicious, although a little pricey. But don't miss the Ya'an fish hot pot! It was incredibly fresh and tender, and the fish soup was delicious. The owner really understands his customers. Every room has a soaking tub, and the lights are voice-activated—just ask to turn them on or off! It was very interesting. The room facilities were all new and very nice, and even the mosquito repellent was a brand used by babies. The scenery was breathtaking. The fish in the pond were all naturally raised, without any feed. High-quality ingredients truly only require the simplest cooking methods. I didn't get bitten by any mosquitoes here! The scenery was beautiful. I fell asleep listening to the rain and the mountain streams, and woke up to a clear sky – it was truly therapeutic. A visit here allows you to experience firsthand the layered mountains and vibrant flowers! I saw there was also a chicken farm; there must be many free-range chickens here, but the owner has set up the farm deep in the mountains, so it didn't affect my sleep at all."

The day before was stormy with strong winds, lightning, and heavy rain, but it cleared up beautifully the next morning, allowing us to witness a stunning sunrise, a breathtaking sea of clouds, and the majestic sun-gilded peaks. This hotel boasts the best facilities on Mount Niubei. While it is on the pricier side, it's absolutely worth every penny. The only drawback is the lack of a shuttle service. It would be perfect if they offered pick-up and drop-off."

Speechless. No toothbrushes, no toilet paper, the cured meat for dinner was incredibly fatty, there was no hot water after 7 PM so we couldn't shower, the air conditioning wasn't warm enough, and the electric blanket took forever to heat up! Egg noodles for breakfast took half an hour to cook! Their service was terrible! They had everything we needed! It doesn't seem like they did it on purpose; they're just short-staffed!

It rained before arriving at the accommodation, and then wash quickly to avoid catching cold. The sound of the rain was too hypnotic. I fell asleep after 8 o'clock. I slept outside at 10 o'clock. It was still raining. It was so good to sleep!

Cost-effective, good location, opposite the big supermarket, eat a lot, the room is large, elegant and clean, the zero pressure bed is very comfortable, the opposite shop lights out after 10 pm, not noisy at all, the front desk clerk is very good, that day encountered the county water cut off, specially hit two buckets for us to flush the toilet. Я не гонюсь за рокошью в отеле, мне достаточно было горячего душа и питание для гаджетов. Так что меня всё устроило. Большая скидка на бронирование в Trip.com порадовала)
