"The hotel is centrally located. Guests are provided with a shuttle from the train station. We contacted Trip.com in advance, then switched to WeChat, and they were there to pick us up. The staff was very friendly; we checked in right away and helped with our luggage. They were helpful with all our questions.
The grounds are private and quiet. Our room was in a separate building. It was spacious, with water, yogurt in the fridge, and complimentary tangerines on the table. The bathroom included shower gel, shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, a razor, and shower caps. There was a kettle with tea leaves and a refrigerator (for some reason, there wasn't a refrigerator anywhere on this trip, so I'm emphasizing this).
Comfortable beds, two pillows per person. One of the pillows has memory foam, which is very good. Daily cleaning with linen and towels.
Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. and is delicious and varied.
From 9:30 p.m., there's a buffet for late-night eaters.
Laundry facilities are available, free for guests. I highly recommend the hotel and we will definitely return."

The hotel environment was nice, but the service was unpleasant. Having stayed in so many hotels, this is the first time I've encountered such a dogmatic management philosophy. The deposit was more expensive than the room rate. I booked three rooms and needed to cancel one early the next day. However, the room key was taken out while I was eating, and they insisted on charging me 30 yuan. I said I'd bring it back later, and they asked if I could get it back before 2 PM. I said I didn't know, but I'd definitely get it back today, as I still had two nights left in the other two rooms. Even after I said that, they still wouldn't agree and insisted on charging 30 yuan. Frankly, this is far inferior to Hilton. I often stay with children, and sometimes other hotels give me multiple room key cards. But you, when I ask you to give me an extra card, you remind me to change how many cards I need when I leave. Can I withdraw cash from a bank or use it for food? What am I supposed to do with it? Although it's only 30 yuan, sometimes it's not about the money, it's about the extreme discomfort. This is my first negative review, thank you for giving me a chance.

Service: The front desk lady is also very good, we got out of the car and came out at the door to receive us into the hotel, and also very careful to tell us to go to dinner early, afraid that no one will close the door early in the off-season. I couldn't find mosquito repellent at night. I called and told us very carefully in the cabinet. It was really Nice. The next day, the other party received us at another front desk. It was also good. After helping us store our luggage, we came back and left. We were very enthusiastic to tell us that the bus was coming.
Environment: The environment is good around this scenic spot. After all, it is really remote here, so all the facilities are still good. But I hope that there will be breakfast service in the future.
