"The hotel facilities were very complete, and the USB fast charging port by the bed was super useful. To my surprise, because of my physical condition, I couldn't sleep on a bed that was too soft, so I asked the front desk if they had a firm bed board. To my surprise, the front desk said they did and immediately notified a staff member to come and change it for me. The service was truly impeccable."

However, there were some significant drawbacks. The windows in my room did not close properly, leading to a lot of street noise early in the morning, which disrupted sleep. Additionally, there was a noticeable smell of smoke in the hallways, as some guests seemed to smoke inside the building despite rules.

"I heard this hotel is the best in the area, and the staff were indeed very warm and attentive, providing impeccable service. However, the sofa in the room had many stains; the hotel should have removed it and cleaned it thoroughly. Leaving it there unclean made me hesitant to sit on it in my pajamas for the entire stay. The hotel is a guesthouse, and it's well-managed and operated. It's quite clean, and parking is convenient right by the roadside.
