"The breakfast is very rich, with a variety of fruits and juices, which is delicious. The room was clean, not big but adequate. There is a small river in front of the hotel and the scenery is beautiful. But it should be noted that it takes ten minutes to get to the center of HBF town by bus. The bus runs every hour or half an hour. If you miss it, you will have to wait for a long time. To go to attractions or restaurants, you basically have to change trains in the city center."

"This hotel really knows how to please lazy people! Breakfast is open until 1 PM on Sundays and 12 PM on weekdays, perfectly matching a naturally awakening pace. You can start eating at 10:30 AM and leisurely eat until 11 AM, skipping lunch altogether. The remaining time is perfect for strolling around the neighborhood, swinging on the swings – so relaxing! The complimentary sunscreen is a must-have! Very useful. However, I have to mention their dinner restaurant; the steak was absolutely awful, only the soup was decent."

"Fantastic location with free parking! The train station, pharmacy, DM drugstore, and two supermarkets are all just a stone's throw away. What's even better is the wide variety of breakfast options and the excellent service from check-in to check-out. It's truly the best service I've experienced at a hotel so far during my European trip. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Königssee! 👍"

"The location of the hotel is OK. It’s near the train station but you need to walk 15 minutes up the hill. You can take the bus no. 841 to the hotel (toward Bad Reichenhall Hbf). The stop is Vier Jahreszelten."

"The hotel's location is quite convenient, being close to the bus station, which was great for us traveling with luggage. The room itself was spacious, and it even had a large balcony with nice views of the surroundings. The hotel was very thoughtful and gave us local specialty cups as a gift, which we took to the nearby Christmas market to buy drinks or mulled wine!"

"Breakfast was good, there is free parking, and it is very close to Königssee. We went to Königssee in the morning and returned to the hotel for lunch at noon. The scenery around the hotel is good. You can take your child to play, but I don’t know if an extra bed can be added."

"On the half slope, you can see the Alps in the distance and the scenery is good. A few minutes drive to the town center, there are meals, DM, supermarket. It is quite convenient from King Lake and the magic forest about ten kilometers. There is no service staff after 10 pm in the hotel. We arrived in the middle of the night and pressed the emergency number. The store opened the car and came over from the house to open the door. It was still very good. The breakfast was quite rich, and everyone gave the designated table with a brand name on the table. The hotel room is large, larger than the average European hotel, and the heating is very warm. The only dissatisfaction is that the quotation is not the same as the actual one, saying that there is a tax."
