Aarhus Hotels with Wifi

Gutes Konzept, schönes Design, leckeres Frühstück. Leider ist die Belüftung des Zimmers so unglaublich laut gewesen, das an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Zu allem übel waren die vorgesehenen Kommunikationswege nicht zielführend um eine Lösung bzw Abhilfe zu schaffen. Sogar der Chatbot des Hotels hat das Problem erkannt (offenbar auf dieses - bekannte? -  Problem trainiert) und adressiert („bitte bei Rezeption melden“). Am Ende bleibt eine teure Übernachtung ohne Schlaf. Ich würde das Hotel nicht zum Schöafen empfehlen.

I have actually stayed at this hotel several times before, however this is the first time I experienced what I would describe as TERRIBLE service from one of the hotels employees. A large Danish man who was manning the reception at the time of our departure was incredibly rude to my friend whom I was staying at the hotel with. She is Chinese, and he addressed her condescendingly using racist slur and almost speaking to her as if she was a criminal trying to cheat the hotel. A very disappointing experience at an otherwise wonderful hotel. All the other employees we encountered during our stay (all female employees) were very nice and helpful, but nonetheless, with the price charged by this hotel, I find it unacceptable to receive terrible and offensive treatment from any single one employee. I truly hope the hotel will view this feedback positive and constructive, as it is just one single person in your organization ruining it.

Very retro hotel, the facilities are a little old, but the breakfast here is particularly good! I have stayed in many hotels on business trips abroad. The taste of this breakfast can basically be ranked in my mind. In addition, the service attitude is also very good. There is a handwritten welcome letter in the room when you check in. It feels very hard!

Fabulous in every way. From our arrival in the late afternoon when Alexander on Reception welcomed us with a smile and the key to our room to our departure two days later again with a genuine smile and wave goodbye we felt well looked after. Our room was lovely, clean and warm. My request for a room away from the lift was acknowledged and followed … and whilst we didn’t have a ‘view’ as such .. it was just nice to be able to open the door to the small balcony to allow fresh air in when we wanted to.  The room was styled in a simple modern Scandi Style and the bed, pillows and duvet so very very comfortable .. one of the best beds I have slept in in Europe so far.  And a REAL plant .. a sweet touch.  My only one slightly unsmiley face .. the shower over a bath tub .. great shower, good water pressure, but you have to climb into and out of the bath tub which could be challenging for some.  All in all a fabulous hotel, comfortable clean stylish room, friendly helpful staff… oh and the most wonderful breakfast (included) .. would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I am in Aarhus.

We especially appreciated the helpfulness of the hosts who responded immediately to all our messages and requests. The location is great and very close to the university (only 4 minutes away).

We had booked 1 room where it stood not approved, absolutely OK, We tried again and it passed through and we got mail on it so everything was just fine, we were happy because we had been there before. We met up on the day, was a little early on it, but if we paid 100 kr, we could get in at 15, but we sat and drank a cup of coffee and waited so the time passed, our family came later. It is said if we want the key, as there are two rooms ordered, we thank you no, because we don't have their room. Now our children come and get their key where they say there is a room more order, we say no and show our first room , had not passed through and they could see it. But... now, it was to call and investigate what had happened, my fraud was very helpful and spoke and told, but it took about 1 1/2 hour  And check it out, reach yes he got 1 drinks of the ticket as thanks for help. We were going to eat, there were 4 people. We ordered and there stood blue potatoes where I said we didn't just want chips, no, it was a kind of blue potatoes , but it was chips so we went up to the cook and asked for real potatoes and we got it, all right. Our children ordered a biscuit and there was a little green as they chose from and asked for extra potato instead, they received the two very small voices , they received it twice more, it was so fine with it. When we were to pay, there were extra potatoes on the bill 130 kr. We had never tried it anywhere, but OK we paid. What should have been a good weekend, just became a very bad experience, we have never experienced anything like 😡 B h Lissi Lind ( A very unsatisfactory customer)

Opposite the train station, you can't get there Breakfast is very good, the reception is quite excellent, all questions can be answered. Going left is the city government and pedestrian street, Aros Museum. The room is not very soundproof. Others are great, very suitable for our long-distance international short-term business trip. smile City.My friend recommend the hotel comwell, but the location is great and aarhus is not so big like Shanghai, just the room is a bit small.

臨時訂的，兒子在丹麥留學，趁聖誕+新年假期，我跟孩子爸爸來丹麥看他，順便租了個車子自駕遊。冬季的丹麥早上9：30天才亮，下午4：30幾乎天黑了。所以冬天不適合在丹麥旅行，白天時間太短了。因為兒子在學校一直吃西餐，所以我們旅行的時候特意找帶廚房的公寓。房東是個在丹麥住了40年的伊朗人，他們一家住在隔壁那個矮房子裏。房子比較老了，廚房，餐廳，客廳在二樓，地下室是一個洗衣房，如果要借用洗衣需要50DKK，我們訂的4人房，按照人頭收費，我兒子後來又補了100塊。停車在自己家院子，免費的，每個房間有冰箱，但是我們沒打開，因為就一個晚上，室外温度更低，我們直接把東西放陽台了。下樓到路口左拐過地道有一個365 Discount超市，從365超市買完又Google map 顯示走路4分鐘可到另一個Netto超市，但是1 🈷️1日新年實在太冷了，我們在365超市買完就回家了。廚房的刀實在太鈍了，切菜有點難，不過廚房用具很齊全，所有的鍋碗瓢盆，杯子，盤子，刀叉都有。我們自己做了晚飯和第二天早餐，還是很方便的，用完廚房幫房東收拾乾淨了。

The front desk lady is blonde and blue-eyed, and there is a light meal, tea, and a meeting room on the first floor. Very user-friendly. We have MASH steak tube on the 1st floor, Japanese and cattle, local beef, salmon, etc., suitable for multi-person dinners Hotel location has not to say, the bus is next to burgerking, the toilet in the room is not convenient, the bathroom reminds me of Hong Kong, no faucet is very inconvenient. Breakfast is in the basement. Aarhus is a beautiful town, and this hotel has a great environment with a rich breakfast spread and good service overall. While the facilities aren't brand new, there's a well-stocked supermarket about a fifteen-minute walk away.
