"Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen."

"The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again."

"Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! Thank you Trip.com and Wakeup Copenhagen! 🙏"

"The atmosphere was genuinely welcoming and relaxed and the location is great, but the hygiene is not really good for the bathroom, there is a weak water flow for the shower, and the hotel reception was in the bar, and the rooms were above the bar, making it a bit noisy at night. This hostel don't have any common areas; you either went out or stayed in the dorm. They didn't even provide shower gel or shampoo."

"I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. But down below of this view, the hotel looks at another hotesls' rooms and balconies."

"I come to Copenhagen often, but this was my first time staying at this Radisson. I arrived late at night, and when I booked, I specifically requested a quiet, high-floor room away from the elevators because I'm a light sleeper. However, when I checked in, the hotel said they were fully booked and still put me in a room right next to the elevators. With four elevators constantly running, I couldn't sleep all night. On the bright side, the Trip.com customer service was very good, which I appreciate, even though the issue wasn't ultimately resolved."

Annex Copenhagen is a family-run hotel in lively Vesterbro, just steps from Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. The hotel offers modern, budget-friendly rooms for 1–4 guests, each equipped with bed linen and towels. Bathrooms and toilets are shared and located in the hallway, keeping the atmosphere simple and social. Guests can enjoy a shared kitchen, bike rentals, and the cozy Absalon Bar next door. With cafés, shops, and nightlife all around, Annex Copenhagen is the perfect base for exploring the city.

"Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate."

"The room is spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the window is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed watching the birds flying around. The hotel is within walking distance of several places of interest. The room is really very nice but the staff are another matter. Only a couple of the front desk staff are friendly and helpful while most are curt and unfriendly. The housekeeping team was always forgetting something. For example, fresh face towels were not given after the soiled ones were removed. Two bottles of hand soap were at the sink instead of one soap and one body lotion. The housekeeping staff also knocked on the door twice in the morning to check if they could clean the room. That happened 3 out of the 5 days I stayed with them. Even on the last day when I was going to check out, a housekeeping staff knocked on my door to ask if she could make up the room and I was going to leave the hotel for good in 2.5 hours. It was mind boggling why she could not wait till I had checked out from the hotel to make up or clean the room."

The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

I booked a twin room and chose the upper bunk. The room was a bit cramped, but for a place to just sleep for one night, it was quite comfortable. The self-check-in was convenient and quick, and the staff on duty were very friendly. There's a lounge area, a small bar, and a kitchen near the entrance. It's really great value for money and perfect for a short stay when exploring the city.

Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

Zero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash. Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all. The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients. Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

The overall experience was really nice, someone came to our room to clean and we got new towels. The staircase is long and made me a little bit dizzy. The room was really big and clean, it was warm. There were snacks we could eat after buying and the tv didn’t work. The location is great, 8min walking to the central station. It was a little bit difficult to check-in, as you have to download an app, check-in and create a virtual key to your room to go inside the building
