"Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly.
However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate."

"We have been there with fifteen people. It was very satisfied since check-in until we left the hotel. Front desk service was good and very helpful since we also rent a car and need a parking. Breakfast was very good and many. Location is so good, the hotel almost center of everything. It was a great experience to be there."

GGuest UserThe hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

GGuest UserMy son is studying in Denmark, and I came to visit him for Christmas. He wanted some Chinese food, so I specifically chose this apartment where we could cook for ourselves. I initially booked for only 3 days, but then realized how comfortable it was, so we ended up staying for a whole week. It wasn't until I checked out today that I discovered this beautiful restaurant on the 5th-floor rooftop! The previous two reviews already showed photos of the rooms, so this time I've focused on capturing the lovely rooftop restaurant for everyone to see. There's also a dedicated co-working space upstairs where you can work quietly, and meeting rooms available – so convenient! I only found all this out when I went upstairs to use the restroom before leaving! Next time I come, I definitely have to eat at the rooftop restaurant!

GGuest UserI and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.

The kitchen was also well-equipped with an oven and other cooking facilities, which made for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very kind and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage smoothly after check-out.

AAnonymous UserAbsolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

It's a unique experience, not comparable to a hotel, but it has all the necessary facilities. Lockers are available for 30 DKK, and breakfast costs 65 DKK. There are also restaurants and a McDonald's nearby.

AAnonymous UserZero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash.
Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all.
The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients.
Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station.

Aa1jackyThis is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains.
The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.
