"Hotel with an excellent location, next to San Lorenzo beach and the city center. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, but... Surprise! Be careful with the air conditioning if you're traveling in the middle of summer. Supposedly, the air conditioning had been out of order for days, and guests hadn't been notified (obviously) to avoid canceling during a heat wave. According to the person at reception, ”they'd had this problem for days, and that's why they'd removed the air conditioning from the various search engines, since it was going to be a while...” They didn't remove it, apologize, or offer any kind of compensation, and surprisingly, it was working again on Sunday, albeit slightly. Breakdown or cost-saving strategy?"

"We arrived after midnight but that was no problem because there’s always someone at the reception. The hotel is in the centre of the historical town. Very kind staff. The room was big, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was spacious as well and all spotlessly clean. Pity that it was only for one night. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sightseeing at walking distance."
