We were staying in suite 1001, the cleaning and the reception staff, very friendly and serviceful. All-recommended accommodation to spend a weekend of relaxation, and if it is in the suite with hydromassage, much better. To repeat without doubt!!!

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable beds, work desk. We arrived around 10:30 pm, after checking in we were able to take a night walk along the ancient Citi wall thanks to the great hotel location.

I really like the style of this castle hotel. The environment is beautiful and elegant. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The facilities are complete. The restaurant is beautiful and the tableware is exquisite. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I feel the professional and high-quality service of the hotel team. Especially when I met the Chinese front desk employee Xiao Wei, he was kind, thoughtful and professional. In particular, we left the hotel and drove down the mountain. We had a flat tire. Due to language barriers, we could not communicate with the car dealership. We had to run back to the hotel for help. Xiao Wei immediately rushed to the middle of the mountain to help us contact the car dealership. He also helped us move the luggage back to the hotel on the mountain to wait, and accompanied us to wait and instruct the driver. Finally, we arrived in Salamanca smoothly. Here we would like to thank Xiao Wei for his help and enthusiastic help. His professional and efficient business ability impressed us deeply. Wonderful hotel, very quiet and warm! The guy at the reception was very helpful and made the check-in very pleasant. Beautiful building!

The room was spacious and clean. The location was great because it was right in the train and close to the bus station. The bad thing is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors’ conversations. I had very noisy neighbors that woke me up at around one am on one side, they were noisy for about one hour, then the other neighbor came back and they were noisy until about 4 am so I only got 2 hours of sleep. Also, there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to the floor with rooms so if you have heavy luggage I hope you are strong and don’t mind the workout. I wouldn’ stay here again because sleep is important to me. Bring earplugs.

I stayed here for one night last week. The room was extremely clean although basic. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The host was wonderful and as I was leaving early in the morning before breakfast, he left me a plate of fruit and a huge piece of cake on reception. Oh and the hotel cat is sooo friendly! I will definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

The hotel is very well located, right across from the city walls. For a two-star hotel, they have a very good breakfast. The only drawback was that we were given a room behind the reception (I understand it's for disabled guests), and the bathroom had a window overlooking the restaurant. Although the glass was frosted, when the light was on, you could see right into the room. It would be good if they could fix that. But otherwise, and I repeat, for a two-star hotel, it more than met our expectations.
