"Personal muy educado y ayuda en todo lo que puede y más. Las habitaciones amplias y tranquilas,lo único que podría poner malo es que son dos camas pequeñas en una grande y eso se nota un poco. Pero por lo demás genial. La cafetería,las cocineras y camareras majisimas. Precios que están muy bien. Volvería sin duda. Lo único que las peticiones antes de ir, las envié días antes de ir al hotel y nunca fueron respondidas. Es lo único malo que podría poner."

"The location of the hotel is zaragoza train station, which can be moved by public transportation bus, and the surrounding sightseeing places are walking distance. Cleanliness and comfort gave a smile. Although not fluent, even if I tried to talk in English and Spanish, I felt like I was waiting and trying to help. Even when I checked out, I showed the train ticket and was worried, so I left my luggage and set a time plan! The service is the best. Currently, the best hostel I want to come back to during my trip to Spain!"

"I wasn't entirely satisfied, mainly because of the air conditioning. It's centrally controlled, and even when set to -60°C, it automatically reaches 23/24°C. I had to open the window to let in some fresh air, but the noise from the area is unbearable. If they replace the air conditioning, I would definitely return, but only if they fix this problem."

"Did not realize there was more than one NH in Zaragoza so went to wrong one. Staff at the Gran were outstanding from reception to bellhop to car park attendees to breakfast. Shame rooftop is not utilized for a pool / sun deck. The Gran would have been impressive in it's day but is in need of renovation. Location great. Stayed 4 nights."

Convenient transportation, convenient parking, large hotel area, more than a kilometer walk to the Royal Palace, Roman Bridge and Cathedral. The hotel reception is like a restaurant, and the underground garage is also messy, which makes people worry about whether it will be stolen or smashed.

The hotel is located on the main street a short walk from Goza Central Station. The tram runs down this street and it is very easy to reach the major sites and attractions in Zaragoza from. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the reception were friendly and attentive. There is a cafe with an outdoor and comfortable indoor seating area.

The hotel is in excellent conditions. The location is ideal for my intention, the large room, only little light if you have to put a but, and the bathroom was not missing a pearl. Very happy.

Located inside of Zaragoza rail station ,super nice to access to another places as a connected transportation.I selected a suit room and enjoyed spacious lounge.very suitable for business travelers who rush to move.but the hotel is being built along the station building, super long horizontally ,hard to walk from elevator ,my room was quite far from elevator even if it was in the middle of building.so might not be a good choice for lazybones .the heater did not work well ,probably due to the big room, I had a cold night unfortunately.if you want to hang out in the downtown, had better book other hotels near central area.

What an amazing find, we where very happy staying here. Rooms are fantastic, just as shown in the pictures, clean tidy, spacious, large bathroom minibar in the room with reasonable priced items. Check in was very easy and we left our bags as we where early, staff very helpful checking us in and offering directions of places to visit. Hotel located close to town, stations and eateries, we had a great base for exploring Zaragoza. Breakfast was good, plenty of items to choose from, good selection of food and coffee (via a coffee machine). The hotel is superb itself, not dated, not in need of updates its just perfect. We didnt use the in house restaurant as we ate out in plenty of the others in the area.

For a first several days it feels nice, for a week (like exhibition visit week) it starting to become a prison with aplastic toilet cab combined with a shower. But hey that would be your last decent alternative to hostel.

Dusty room (dust balls coming out from under the bed), very old bedding, mold on the shower walls, very dated in general. On the first two floors the hotel hosts (illegal) immigrants. They're hanging out in the lobby area, the hallways and the cafeteria. This gives a rather uninviting atmosphere (although there were no troubles).
