The hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions of Cognac. Although the room was small, it was very clean and the bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety, especially the fresh local bread and coffee, which made for a great start to the day. Overall, Ibis Cognac is a great value option for both business and leisure travelers.

GGuest UserThe room I rented was very basic but clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is great for sightseeing in the area and has a variety of restaurants close by. It is a quite a walk from the train station, all uphill. The buffet breakfast is over-priced for what is offered.

GGuest UserThis was an overnight stopover driving through from Spain to Paris... It was as expected. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and the accommodation had been recently improved. A little outside of town, and the locals (at the corner shop) were to be avoided.
