"Visited Clermont-Ferrand for a family event so we chose this hotel because of its location that is both close to the city center, tram stop, and our family's house. When we arrived at the hotel we just wanted to drop our luggage first because we wanted to explore the city and check-in time is nowhere near yet, however the reception was very accommodating and let us know that our room was ready and we were able to check in early. So instead of heading right to the city center we got our proper rest in and nap! The space in the room was enough for both of us, the bathroom size was also good. No complaints at all."

"We stayed at this hotel as an overnight stop on our journey back from southern Spain, and overall it was a good experience. The location is excellent, especially for travelers, as it is very close to the highway. Being able to charge my car at the hotel was a big advantage and made our stop much more convenient. The breakfast was decent, although not very extensive. The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast service. The staff gave us the impression that we needed to hurry because breakfast was ending at 9:30 AM. At around 9:20 AM, a staff member informed us in French that the buffet was about to close. I did not understand what was being said, and before I could ask for clarification, the staff member walked away. Fortunately, a fellow traveler translated the message for me. Apart from this issue, everything else was perfectly fine. For a one-night stopover during a long journey, this hotel offers good value, a convenient location, and useful facilities such as EV charging. I would consider staying here again when passing through the area."

"Personal super friendly and helpful. For French conditions somewhat clean. Toilet glasses loose and yellow, no toilet brushes, shower with dark spots. I will not book this hotel anymore and can not recommend it (because our room is not recommended)."
