"We chose this hotel for its excellent location near the Eurotunnel and were not disappointed. It's ideal for travelers looking for an easy connection. What we liked: Staff: Very friendly and helpful during check-in. Rooms: The rooms were very clean and surprisingly well-equipped for a short stay. Location: You're at the terminal in no time, which significantly reduces morning stress. Things to note: Breakfast: Unfortunately, we couldn't try breakfast as we had to leave very early. However, the hotel is still absolutely recommendable for early departures. Bathroom: The shower was a bit 'unusual' or a little odd to operate, but perfectly fine for one night. Conclusion: A solid, clean hotel for anyone wanting to spend a night before crossing the tunnel. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I traveled with my mum who is 85 it’s partially sighted and has mobility issues. The reception attendant saw that she struggled so went out of his way to change our room to a disabled access room. Thank you."

"Nice clean spacious rooms.... great food..... stayed here many times, the only thing that now puts us off is the ”dynamic pricing” which means you can pay up to £40 more for the same room, so the return journey which for us was 1 week later meant we stayed elsewhere.  "

"Very nice hotel, perfect location, convenient for shopping. Large, very comfortable room. Breakfast was somehow disappointing. Limited selection of food. The lower star rating hotels within the vicinity offer much more for breakfast. All in all, we would come again."

"Good basic hotel. Well maintained and tasty breakfast. Friendly service. Bathroom could use some updating here and there but price/quality is fine. The only downside in our room (at the end of the corridor) was very weak WiFi. The children's room had less trouble with this. Not much to do in the area around the hotel except for a mega shopping complex but it is a great base for exploring the region by car. The price charged by trip.com was higher than the price on the invoice we received from the hotel. So it is better to book directly."

"Arrived around 23:00 with reception closed. Access to the room was not available until the tourist tax was paid (1€60) but the out of hours machine only took credit card and I only had cash and Apple Pay. Luckily another person with a credit card was booking in and used her credit card for me in exchange for the cash. The room was basic which was fine but the pillow was completely inadequate with no spare pillows available in the room and reception closed. The bathroom door looked like someone had put a fist through it with no attempt at a repair. Other nearby B&B hotels are much better. This is certainly in need of modernisation. No tea and coffee making facilities but there were charge points for electric cars though"
