Saint-Denis Hotels with Wifi

"The aircon broke down on the first night of our stay. The room temperature in the room was at 32 Celcius. Windows are all sealed. There was no one to pick up any phone calls from the front desk or helpline. We complained on the second day. Front desk promised to send the technician to repair the aircon BUT no technician turn up at all. No one bother to follow up until the afternoon. We really appreciate Nadeige on instantly changing our room and she really make sure that we obtained our new room keys. Nadeige has a really positive attitude and she make sure the guests are welcome at all times. The Sky Bar on top of Wyndham provides an excellent view of the whole of Paris. Worth the visit."

"The room is spacious and well-designed, and the location is decent, about 800 meters from RER B. Free drinking water and disposable toiletries such as toothbrushes and slippers are provided; you need to ask the front desk for them. There are few restaurants nearby."

"Decent kindness at a reasonable price. I think it's a good place to stay in this area. Breakfast is a bit unfortunate because it is the same every day, but it is good compared to other places nearby. It was okay to have a water supply at the front desk"

"We traveled to Annecy and Chamonix and went back to stay at Novotel Paris Stade Basilique. We had a great experience overall. The location is super convenient—right next to the metro. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with all the facilities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. Everything felt organized and reliable, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. What we really appreciated was the staff—everyone was incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. They were always willing to assist with directions, recommendations, or any requests, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

"Was very disappointed when I saw the room I requested 1 double bed and the room had 2 singles. The room smelt like bad and had obviously been recently vacated and not cleaned. Beds were dishevelled and there was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor. I went back down to reception and was given another room and an apology. I didn't think this was enough for my inconvenience. I spoke to the manager the next day and he asked who I booked with and when I would be checking out. He assured me he would sort something out for me and would be here Monday morning when I'm checking out. He also made remarks regarding my ethnicity which I found offensive. I am now checking out and been told the manager is not here. I am very disappointed and am going to make a formal complaint. Overall the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Not really happy with the breakfast very little and no variety. Would not stay here again."

"This was a nice comfortable stay. The room was serviced everyday. It is a 5-10mins walk to two different metro lines so a convenient 20mins journey into the center. The reception is very helpful if you need anything at all ( you can request a hairdryer from the reception if you need it as there isnt one in the rooms). The bathroom had a sewage smell(seems common in Paris)--but this didn’t spread into the room so was manageable if you keep the bathroom door shut. Also whilst there is a stand for luggage note that there isnt much space for bigger luggage ( take note if you’re travelling with multiple and large suitcases)."

"It is said that Paris is not a safe area, but I didn’t feel that there was anything unsafe. The hotel walked to the subway station for 5 minutes. There were several staff who commanded the traffic throughout. It is said that the hotel asked people to maintain the security of the subway, so it’s safe. It’s okay to go outside at night. The price is much cheaper than the city, and you can go to the city attractions in about 40 minutes."

"It is good to travel with friends as you get so spacious space and good deal in Paris . Definitely recommend to stay this hotel when in Paris. The staff were very nice tooo!!"
