"The check in desk is in the opposite restaurant. When you check out, the card is thrown into a card box. The restaurant is good and cheap, and it is recommended to eat it. But the big disadvantage is that there is no elevator, there is a suitcase, it is recommended to live on the ground floor. There is also heating, very important, this heating is seriously insufficient, need to pay attention."

"It was pleasure staying there. The service was great. Great breakfast! The only thing that could improve would be wifi. The signal in the area is terrible, so we had to depend in the wifi. But it keeps off frequently and has to reconnect."

"The location of the hotel is very good, right by the sea, and there is a restaurant. The sea view room has a terrace, which is very beautiful. The setup is neat, but the floor: it's really old... sloping floors, dusty exhaust fans. It doesn't matter, the most unbearable thing is the sound insulation, there is almost no sound insulation. Outside, the stairs are bang dong dong, walking upstairs is bang dong dong, and the bathroom next door is cluttered... Because the terrace is shared and interconnected... At night, you must lock the balcony door and draw the curtains... Then there is no ventilation, and it is super stuffy. I came back from dinner on the last night and found that the door was actually open. Later, I found that I lost a pair of earphones... Although I can't say that I have to contact, it is very bad... No wonder the location is so good, but the price is cheap...a price for a product."

"This was a three night ‘escape’ to explore a completely new area. Broadstairs is a lovely small old fashioned resort with bracing walks, friendly people, some lovely eateries and many places to sit and watch the world go by. Artfuls was a perfect base. Small and friendly, it is ideally located near the seafront, promenade and town centre. The staff were all absolutely lovely, extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and good places to eat. Our room was quirky but comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfasts were excellent and unhurried. There was easy parking nearby. I readily recommend Artfuls to any couples wishing to enjoy a relaxed break in a lovely place. I would"

In the old town, quaint fishermen's cottages nestle up to independent boutiques and galleries, and gastro pubs and award-winning restaurants line the unspoilt streets.Broadstairs is becoming quite the foodie destination, with the Michelin-starred Stark, genuine Italian osterias, posh fish and chips and quirky eating spots, from a Chapel-cum-Bookshop-cum-Bar to The Jetty, where waves will break yards from your table. If you're after some culture, you can follow in the footsteps of Dickens at "our watering place", visiting Betsey Trotwood’s home and "Bleak House". Just inland, St Peter's village stages award-winning heritage tours with guides in period costume. You can catch a film at the tiny, olde worlde Palace cinema or take on the windmill at Lillyputt mini golf.Around the headlands, you’ll discover six other sandy Blue Flag beaches; head to Joss Bay to learn to surf, or rural Botany Bay to saunter amid towering chalk stacks. Keep on walking or pedalling to Margate or Ramsgate and further to join the 25-mile Viking coastal trail. If all that sounds too energetic, you can hop on the Loop bus (or the open top bus in the summer) to explore the vibrant arts and music scene in Margate and the harbour and pubs of Ramsgate. There’s always a festival on in Broadstairs:Blues Bash in February, Dickens Week in June, the Bandstand musicians throughout the summer, the Water Gala in July/August, Folk Week in August, and the Food and Drink Festival in October. At The Lookout, you'll be enchanted by the views, tempted by innovative tastes, and braced by exhilarating cliff-top walks. Stunning second floor apartment in converted edwardian house on the seafront. Plenty of parking available on the private road. Fabulous location with wonderful coastal walks in either direction. Ten minutes walk to Joss Bay to the left, or 30 minutes walk to Broadstairs town to the right. There is also access to the beach below via steps only accessible with a key provided to estate residents. The apartment itself has a beautiful fitted kitchen with breakfast bar looking out to sea, spacious and comfy lounge/diner, again with sea views. The master bedroom has a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and arguably the best view of all. There's also a balcony off the hallway if you want to take in some fresh sea air.Broadstairs is a beautiful unspoilt gem with its golden sandy beach and harbour arm. Broadstairs has it's own micro climate and often avoids the worst of the weather. Even in winter you can often find a sheltered spot to sit outside and enjoy a coffee.Margate and Ramsgate are both worth a visit as they both have their own vibe and something different to offer. Historic Canterbury is less than 25 minutes by train, or 40 minutes by car.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
