"What a great start to my holiday. Stylish contemporary hotel. The room was a good size, clean, comfortable and relaxing with a good shower. I found the air con a bit tricky to operate, but that might just be me. The restaurant and bar area was really inviting due to the stylish design. Staff all friendly and particularly welcoming and helpful on reception. Easy to get to with shuttle bus which stops outside hotel with first one starting at 03.40hrs and about a 30 mins transfer to airport.
My only slight negative would be to have a better vegetarian choice and lighter options on the evening menu as the quinoa salad I wanted wasn't available. However I did discover a Tesco and M&S an easy 5 mins walk away which is always an option !
Otherwise fabulous hotel and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and comfortable.
Would use again."

Its was dark and eerily quiet to get to, room was without heating and the hot water kettle was rusty and peeling. "Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats.
So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

"Lovely hotel, but the shuttle service that takes you there and back is confusing, mostly not on time.
If u want a peacefull quiet hotel after a long trip, i would recommend it. Not many staff available to help with luggage, it would be difficult fir elderly people with luggage, as they have to handle it alone. Otherwise all was clean and nice."

"I chose this hotel due to its proximity to my cabin crew training centre. My room was clean, comfortable and modern with everything I needed for a great stay including an extremely comfortable mattress, a very nice shower and a kettle. I noticed how quiet it was too. All of these things combined meant that I was able to fully relax and sleep deeply. The staff were also very attentive and friendly. Also, regarding food & drink; the hotel offers an extensive menu. There are also places nearby including an M&S which is a 5 minute walk away. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working.
I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings.
If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately.
This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay"

The room is quite alright, and nice to have access to the pool of you are travelling with kids. The food at the restaurant is not great, and room service is not included in the price of ordering food there. So if you are planning on eating dinner, ordering from other places in Crawley. Breakfast was ok though, quite standard."

GGuest UserThe hotel is rather out of the way but no issues if travelling by car.
Check-in was quick, simple and easy.
Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, cereals and a great cup of coffee from a proper machine.
Negatives
Sadly there is no option for evening meals meaning having to drive into Crawley to get dinner.
The bar is supposedly open until 11pm however when I went to it around 9.30pm the reception which doubles up as bar and breakfast area was dark with the only light on being the reception desk light, so very unwelcoming and not conducive to wanting a drink.
The main part of the hotel is solidly built however I was in the annex at the back which has a number of rooms backing onto each other.
The stud walls are incredibly thin and it felt like the people in the adjoining room were in mine, so note to oneself, if ever staying there again, make sure that the room is in the main part of the hotel.

The bathroom has no heating which made it very hot.
They do not allow customer to take food into the room as they don’t offer room services.
The staffs were very respectful.
