"Quite unexpectedly excellent for the money, never thought the room was going to be as freshly updated as it turned out to be, as the decor in these types of stop overs tends to be worn out although clean. Customer service was excellent too as although I planned and called ahead to arrive late, when I couldn't locate my room key following their emailed instructions, the our of h manager answered her mobile and fixed me to them. Thanks - highly recommended!!"

"The room we booked was converted from a mews, which was a completely new experience for us and quite surprising in an interesting way.
Almost everything else was fantastic. The staff were extremely kind and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent â you really have to try the Indian spice omelette. They also serve coffee and tea to your table instead of self-service, which felt very decent and welcoming. The breakfast staff in particular were warm and attentive.
However, because the room was converted from a mews, the facilities have some limitations. The ventilation is not good, and we experienced allergy symptoms after having the air conditioner on all night during winter. There was no proper heater in the room, so we had to rely on the air conditioner for warmth, and it took about 15â20 minutes to start working. Also, it did not feel very clean when in use.
Another downside is that there is no real window â only the mews door â which makes the room feel a bit closed-in and affects air circulation.
Overall, this hotel offers wonderful staff and an amazing breakfast, but the room facilities and ventilation, especially in the converted mews rooms, could be improved. If you are sensitive to air quality or prefer natural light and windows, I would recommend choosing other places or other rooms instead of the mews-style rooms."

"The house is beautiful, the environment is beautiful, but it is a bit old. Parking is charged 6 pounds, and the page says it is free, but it is not. The heater is not warm. The window gap is relatively large. There is no special service in terms of service, just check in normally."

"Opposite salisbury railway station, it is very suitable as a small base for people who want to go to stonehenge or other places, because the shuttle bus to Stonehenge is also here. I booked a suite. The front desk was very kind. The small hotel also prepared chocolate beans, apples, breakfast cereals, yogurt, etc. for free, which was very heartwarming. But it is a pity that I stayed very busy for 2 days. I ran around and didn't have much time to relax. The environment of the room was really good. There were high stools in the kitchen. It was convenient to play with mobile phones and computers while eating. If I have time, I really want to live here for a week.
It should be noted that the front desk closes at 5 o'clock. Check-in after this can only be done by yourself.
The closest food shop to the small hotel is in the train station, which is expensive. It is recommended to keep walking along the main road in front of the railway station. There are many restaurants and small supermarkets on both sides of the road. Near a bunch of buses are commercial areas, suitable for shopping.

Arriving early, I stored my luggage and received the room key. When I returned to the hotel in the evening, my luggage had been put in the room.
The room is very clean: the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are new and clean,
There are heart-warming biscuits, freshly baked mini sponge cakes, and (heated) air conditioning; toiletries are made of 100% natural ingredients; the breakfast is rich and delicious; it is close to the train station, making travel convenient. There was a train passing by outside the window, but the sound insulation was good and the train stopped running at night, so it was not affected.

LLuFelt super scary at first with the cracking floor, tilted walls, big mirror, and 512 years history, but later the place showed its charm - very lively at night with people chilling at the backyard, nice restaurant on site, being right opposite to the Anne? Gate which leads you to the Salisbury Cathedral. I prob would choose to stay here again next time I visit Salisbury!
Btw the staff are warm hearted and helped us deal with our Apple Watch forgot in the room. Much appreciated!

GGlennPleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was top floor which made all the difference to how settled I felt (itâs my preference). Room was quiet, comfy, and had plenty of space just for me. Would stay again. Only niggle is I wished breakfast started an hour earlier ok the weekend⌠7am wouldâve been ideal.

AAlVery convenient location but the restaurant next to the hotel is certainly not up to the standard expected. Fortunately the hotel is near to the Centre of Salisbury and you can easily find a good restaurant for dinner there

Quick friendly check in and a lovely breakfast.
Nice bed and a great sleep, the next door disco was a little loud but nothing compared to the neighbours at home. Didn't stop a weary traveller sleeping, and all quiet in the morning.
Room well equipped with bed side plugs including usb chargers, iron, kettle etc, towels, shampoo/body wash, and a few more.
Garden was lovely and well cared for.
Interesting building with a lot of old features and changes over the years, which needs a lot of upkeep, and some areas need a little more time and money spent on them.
Didn't spoil it for me and would stay again.
I know the issues that come with old buildings with character.
